Very cozy place in a quiet area of Hanoi. If you are very sensitive to sound you may find the sound from the elevator a bit annoying, but no deal breaker. Very friendly staff, and the dogs are super cute. Recommend😊

Thank you to Phuong and everyone else who helped us. We really loved the gym and the cafe downstairs. The staff there was always so helpful and kind and the cafe dog Bông brightened my day. The apartment was as described and we loved the loft. It was quirky but we expected that from a loft. The furniture made locally was really beautiful and the shower was great (I am picky about showers haha!) We unfortunately had to move to a different room after a wind storm cause a piece of siding the get loose, but the other room was really lovely too. Phuong was patient and kind with me in a moment when I was very stressed. I am very grateful to her. I would suggest a stay here.

AMAZING Apartment! New - clean - spacious and everything you need for a good stay! Host very friendly and reacted fast. Streets are a little bit narrow and grab takes about 15-20 min to old town but it was all worth the money! 10/10*

Had a lovely long stay at Thuy's beautiful apartment in Tay Ho. The apartment was perfect for my long-term work stay. Private, quiet, well-equipped, and close to amenities. The balcony is enormous and has a nice sunrise angle. It's a great spot in Tay Ho for a longer stay. I would stay again.
