Stylish funkish cottage in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the forest, with good sun conditions. The cabin has a balcony and a large roof terrace. Within walking distance there are good swimming facilities in both the sea and in fresh water. Nearby there is also a hotel with cafe/restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, etc. The shortest way to Risør is during the summer months a cozy person ferry that goes close by. It is also possible to rent a boat or book a boat taxi.

Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city center and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

You stay centrally at Fevik, a nice village between Grimstad and Arendal. The plot adjoins free area and hiking trail. From here you can walk to several of the lovely beaches that Fevik is known for. The house has a large and undisturbed patio, with sun from morning to late evening. The zoo and Sørlandssenteret are a 30 min drive away.
