The apartment is located by a river with good swimming and fishing opportunities. It is a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), and large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski trails with several lengths during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter vacations.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.
