Very nice home located in private surroundings completely without disturbance. We felt very at home and have all the necessary things they were needed. That's why both the house and the place lived up to our expectations. Hans was a great host and quick to answer any questions. Definitely a place we could visit again 😊

We enjoyed the house enormously. Upon arrival, Cristin and her husband were there to show us around. We had 6 days of sun which made it completely perfect. Every morning a splash in the lake and catching nice fish by going up the lake with the canoe. Quiet place in the middle of nature. The shower outside was very easy for me and had some cozy 😀 For the children, there was plenty of play space, football, trampo and cable car. Great!!

We had a wonderful week with our dog with a frozen lake, a snow-capped landscape and cozy fireplace - a really great cabin! Olav is a very helpful and very nice host and thank him very much for this special week!

Thank you for a great stay. It was so nice we had the opportunity to revisit the beautiful cabin “Knatten”. There's no place in the world as amazing as Risør and Barmen. We very much hope to revisit the cabin another time.

Great place to stay. Far from stress and appointments. With the boat provided by Lisbeth and Vidae, you are mobile and can explore everything. Many thanks to Lisbeth and Vidar for picking us up from the airport and bringing us back.

Really nice house, with great views. Looking forward to coming back when the weather invites a little more to sit on the lovely screened-in patio. When we reached out during our stay, she responded quickly and was very helpful. Cosy space that we would love to come back to.

Beard and Ida are very nice and helpful hosts. We had a great week in a cozy cabin and fantastic surroundings. On foot and by boat, you can do all the shopping and reach many beautiful excursion destinations and islands, so you don't actually need the car. Mackerel can be caught directly 100m from the jetty. If you are looking for peace and beautiful views, you will find it here. We will be happy to come back.

My family and I had a great stay at Eystein's cabin. Cozy host and cozy cabin. Clean and neat. Just perfect for big ones as for little ones. Lots of cabin for the money. We would love to come again!

Cozy and nice place. It could be a bit cramped with 15 people in total, children and adults, if the weather had been bad, but we were warned about that in advance. Big plus for flexible check out time.

Great stay. The location and view were top notch. We were especially happy that there was a canoe to borrow and take a trip on rivers. Unfortunately, there was an error with the waterworks when we were there, so the water was dirty. However, this was not something Warda could do about, and she was great at keeping us updated and paid for the water we had to buy during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilie's apartment in late July 2024! The location in Kragerø can right and easily not get better. When you go out from the building you are in the middle of the busiest pedestrian street in the city with a bustling life and good atmosphere. It is not possible to park in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, but there is short term parking a stone's throw from the entrance so that you can get tired if you come by car. We parked the car in the long-term parking at Rema1000 on Kalstad; where it costs 100,- per day or 500,- per week. From there you can take a bus for 7 minutes back to the city center. The apartment was large, bright and spotless! Really nice with handwritten welcome letter with accompanying snacks and refreshments ;) The balcony was small, but with a fantastic view and enough space to enjoy the morning coffee and feel the atmosphere from Kragerø city that comes to life! All in all we were super happy - one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in! Thank you for us - hope to come back!

Great location

Our family of two adults and two small children had the pleasure of renting Kristina's very cozy summer house in Arendal city centre for 4 days this July. A small house with lots of soul and charm, a cozy secluded garden to drink your morning coffee, and not least; walking distance to everything you need! Within 5 minutes there is a beach, downtown streets with restaurants and cafes, and the harbor with the boats to the islands around. Although very central, the area is also quiet and peaceful, excellent for family with children. Recommended!

Super host and beautiful nature with a fantastic location on the lake. This is wilderness and for those who love simple accommodations with a beautiful view of the lake.

The place lives up to the photos and expectations - summer idyll at the waterfront. Stunning views both from the inside and outdoors . Good patios and very close to the sea and swimming possibility - morning as evening Great to sit outside - both eating and sunbathing. Proximity to Risør city center. Very nice hosting with great tips. Modern and good cleanliness. Highly recommend - would be happy to come again

We spent 5 days in the wonderfully cozy and clean apartment and immediately felt comfortable. The amenities are impeccable and thanks to small touches we were able to start relaxing right away. We have nothing to complain about and can recommend the accommodation without restriction and with all our heart.

We stayed at Lars’s summer house for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The house is cozy and convenient, everything you need is there and the location is just fantastic, in a quiet part of the Tvedestrand fjord. We spent our time swimming, SUPping and wakeboarding. Communication with Lars was very easy, accurate information and quick responses to questions. We loved our stay and will come back. Highly recommendable for a Sørland vacation.

Great place and we had a nice few days at Anne Gunhild's place. The place is even nicer than what appears in the photos. We would love to come back.

We had the most amazing couple of days at Mortens beautiful cabin. The views are spectacular and it was very peaceful out there. The cabin is very clean and modern. It doesn’t have running water inside but one can easily manage to do everything one needs to do with the water pump outside. We’ll definitely keep this one in mind for any coming visits and will highly recommend it to anyone travelling the area!!

Absolutely stunning location - peaceful and beautiful. If you like nature then this is the perfect spot to sit back and relax. The cabin is just like the photos, it’s beautiful. It was a perfect size for our family - 2 adults and 2 children. Our children loved playing with the host’s son, and all the toys in the garden. The hosts were perfect - responsive, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very sad to leave - but we plan to come back another year. We are taking away great memories and beautiful photos of stunning scenery 🤩
