Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

À seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville d’Angoulême et à 30 minutes de Cognac, son emplacement est incontournable. Intérieur à la décoration soignée et confortable, elle dispose d’une literie de qualité et une penderie. La salle d’eau est équipée d’une vasque totem, un toilette et une douche.
