This place was fantastic! It's way better than the pictures. We were really impressed. The apartment was super clean and very spacious, it comes with air con and secure electronic gated parking. Everything was great and we loved our week-long stay. The host, Sol, was very friendly and welcoming, she replied to all our messages instantly and helped with everything we needed. We were impressed with how helpful and kind she was. The apartment is down a nice and quiet street and less than one minute walk away you have an amazing coffee shop cafe with incredible cakes. It's close to a supermarket and shopping mall, but if you're staying here you'll want your own transport to get around. Overall, excellent accommodation, excellent host and we highly recommend it! The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is really a luxury, it's the fourth time I've stayed here and every day I feel more comfortable! I am surprised that they are constantly improving something. This last time they welcomed us with new towels, really beautiful, better than a hotel!! I can't find any apartment like this with independent entry and exit, and also with the level and quality that this one has. I recommend it to everyone. It's a unique experience!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Ana Laura and Marcelo are very warm, friendly and very attentive. The house is beautiful! The only negative was that the water pump just broke and we were without water for almost a whole day and several days it was cut off at quite inconvenient times. The main shower leaks water and that was also something uncomfortable so we ended up using another bathroom. Other than that, excellent place and hosts!

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

The arrival was excellent, very easy to find and immediately gave us access to verify identity. It has incredible views and is very close to different leisure areas.
