This open concept has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. The kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. It is also supplied with cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware like cookie sheets and pizza pan, glasses, wine glasses, and coffee mugs. Bed linens and bathroom linens are supplied as well.

This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. The stay at Robert’s place was perfect. We will definitely book again when we need accommodations. The home is very well maintained, clean and had everything that we needed. The area was awesome with great water views and lots of wildlife. We enjoyed watching the deer walking around and eating everyday. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Jennifer was great! She responded promptly, and was even accommodating for a slightly earlier check-in. The house is in a great location. It was the perfect house for my group. If I'm ever back in the area (which is very likely) I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect weekend get away - our adult “kids” enjoyed the games in the party barn, while the older adults enjoyed the tranquility on the back porch. Beautiful place, beautiful weather, beautiful weekend with family.

Trinity Riverside - Private Dock, Kayaks, & More!

We had a great time fishing and kayaking on the Trinity river! The private dock is on a small body of water just off the main river, which is great for kayaking (or swimming if you're brave) since the current is not very strong. The house was clean and had the essentials. You will need to bring your own oil and seasoning if you plan to do any cooking, but there is a good selection of pots and pans. They also had some board games for when we were hanging out inside. All around, we had a great time and would absolutely consider staying here in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly accommodating and communicative. She was very responsive to all of my questions and worked with us graciously when we asked about inviting a few more guests. The home itself was even better than described. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning and somehow even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. We truly appreciated the hospitality and flexibility. This stay made for an unforgettable getaway, and we would absolutely return again in the future!
