Our stay was Perfect! Comfy Beds, Great Layout and Beautiful view. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and our Host even left us some bait. We loved every minute. Peaceful Neighborhood. Nice, Relaxing, week at the lake!!! We will definitely be back!

Eddie was a great host, always responsive and honest . The place was beautiful, although the amenities were little bit outdated, it provided the necessary facilities and spaces and beds we were looking for. Simple living. The property and views were picturesque, and the moments and memories our family captured will be unforgettable. From the tree swing by the lake, the bbq pits and griddles, to the Kayaks that Eddie provided, we are very grateful. Thank you Eddie for letting us stay. We will definitely be back.

This lovely home was exactly as pictured and described. The home was full of amenities- you could show up with just your toothbrush and have a wonderful lake weekend. Comfortable beds and serene surroundings. My kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off of the dock. We went in December, so no swimming for us.

There were nine of us and overall, the house worked great for our two families. It was comfortable and roomy. The kitchen worked well for preparing a large Thanksgiving meal! Thanks for a memorable family Thanksgiving gathering!

The house was well furnished and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the deck during the early mornings and late evenings. Unfortunately there had been heavy rains prior to our visit and the water level was over the dock, which made it unavailable to us during our stay. There is a community dock within walking distance which we did use for some fishing time.

Just as described, lived the privacy and the pool. A little hot outside but would have loved to make use of the fire pit. Would be perfect in the colder months. Over all a very comfortable and secluded stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, beautifully maintained, and comfortably cool thanks to the two A/C units—perfect for hot days. The kitchen was fully stocked (just missing a cutting board, but that wasn’t a big deal), and fresh towels and linens were provided. Wi-Fi was also available, which was a nice bonus. We loved fishing right behind the large, beautiful pool—just steps from the bank. I’d recommend bringing a couple of lawn chairs to relax while you fish. The on-site bar and restaurant offered excellent service, and the pool itself was fantastic. The restrooms near the pool were impressively clean and spacious—honestly gave off Buc-ee’s vibes! The location is super convenient, with a Brookshire Brothers just 5–8 minutes away and Walmart about 20 minutes out. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay—the location, the hospitality, and all the amenities. We’re already planning to come back with the family again!

The view was great. The place was clean. The coffee bar was stocked. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was a bonus. We had a slight issue with check in and Robert sent someone over right away and we were in within minutes. Would go back.

Our stay at Lagoon Ranch was great. We had our 8 month old with us and they even provided a bed rail for the bunk bed. The cabins were clean and brand new. A little bare on the decor, we only had one twin size blanket to share A/c worked great in the Texas heat, the resort pool was really nice and it was great having a restaurant on the premises. The Arcade was not ready and the mercantile was a little light on items. The WiFi was not strong enough so could not use the two tvs in the cabin. I also felt the pool bar was unkept for what I expected of a resort. I was kind of expecting some music and an active swim up pool bar but it was a little dead, and not very clean, once it finally opened the bar wasn’t wiped down from all of the bugs that had died on the bar the night before. Also would have loved if they had scheduled some live music on their stage for Friday nights, but that is preference from parents who don’t get out much and it would have been nice to see some activity.

Great place to hold family gatherings and just relax. This was our second time booking this home because of how much we love it. The party room was a great add on for my families graduation party. Place is very clean, spacious and have everything you need to feel at home. The backyard fire pit area was a great area for the older kids to hangout while the younger kids and parents enjoyed the front yard playing on the swing set. Parents were able to hangout in the party room which has air conditioner and windows you can see out to the backyard. Soft beds. Loved the fact they had everything we needed to cook with and an air fryer. They even have a bbq pit available. Anything you think of this home has it which was a great help. The host are very sweet and helpful. It's a small town but make sure check out the local restaurants such as trinity cafe,taco by tracks,firehouse, simple simon, subway, both donut shops are good. Don't hesitate to book this place. It is very much worth it.

The home had a good vibe. Everything was very clean and towels smelled good and fresh. The home was spacious and comfortably fit all of us. The atmosphere was beautiful. Trees and water. The home was easy to find and access. Clear instructions were posted for things like the wifi and check out expectations. Everything was tidy and kitchen was well equipped. Ramon responded quickly to any questions I had.

This place made it so easy to have a quick getaway with dogs! Such a gem!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! We had a great time fishing the pond and river that was steps away from the cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also a very quiet areas which we appreciated. Andrea was an amazing host and answered very quickly to anything I needed. Will stay here again!

Great stay for a quick weekend, wish I could’ve stayed longer! Beautiful, peaceful, and just what I needed for a quick reset. Hosts are very communicative and had everything there that was needed. Will definitely stay again if in that area.

Had a great Memorial weekend with the family at Miguel’s place. Was right by the water with boat ramp and pier for fishing. Caught a few fish but the water had a lot of debris there floating through but other than that it was good. We had fun with the games up stairs and in the downstairs room. They have axes and ninja stars to throw at the bullseye. Plastic of course but still fun and they also had corn hole as well. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we enjoyed our stay.
