The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. It's a newly built house and is located in a quiet area of Burry Port. We are a short walk from the beautiful harbour and beaches and small shopping centre. There is a ramp for wheelchair and baby pram use to the side of front porch for entry into the property.
