Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

The house is on two levels, equipped with heating and air conditioning. On the ground floor, large living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms; a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a double bedroom with single beds, and a single bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a tub.
