What a stunning little place. The cottage was cosy and immaculately clean. Alison was super welcoming and imparted lots of knowledge on the local area, including tips for getting around easily. We had a frequent visitor in Bramble the cat who is sooo friendly and fussy 🐈‍⬛️🤎🖤 Comfy, warm, cosy, clean, cats....perfect! Thank you Alison x

We had a fantastic family holiday here with our three sons ages one, four and nine. The barn was a perfect base for us to explore Cornwall. The garden was great for the boys to play in and there were toys and a rope swing for them to enjoy. There’s also a nice fire pit and chairs which we used for a BBQ and fire on the last night. During the week we went to some beaches including Perranporth and Polzeath (both have great waves for body boarding). We explored some of the classic villages such as Looe and Polperro, and we went to Lappa Valley which was excellent (although not cheap). The garden and surroundings at the barn are idyllic. Would recommend to all, especially families.

Lovely spacious cottage , clean and comfortable with beautiful quiet surroundings right next to the river. The hosts were quick to respond with any queries. A lovely week was had by all in north Cornwall.
