We had a great time in the midst of nature, tranquility, clean air and a splendid view. Eleonora has always been kind and helpful, very warm welcome.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

Michela was a wonderful host. She left us a bowl of biscotti and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, sent us a link that made sure gps took us to the right location, and was easy to communicate with. The place was much more spacious than I assumed from the pictures, and immaculately clean. Well appointed and cute too! In a ln absolutely stunning location. Highly recommended!

A dream come true, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where peace, tranquility and simplicity reign. Borgo di Quota is 10 minutes from the town of Poppi along a well-maintained road of hairpin bends accessible to all, among other things in the town of Poppi you can find all possible services. A special mention to the Host Claudia, a wonderful person as well as the apartment. But I think words are not enough for a place like this, you have to experience it, and I'll add that the food in the area is really good. At Dimenticato a Quota, you'll also find a well-stocked shop run by special people.

Great stay and great host!

Cosimo was a great host, always responding, very friendly and helping us with any issue we had, including some recommendations for the surroundings and solutions for things we needed in the house. The house itself is very spacious, with a large garden with fruit trees and very quiet surroundings. There was always hot water and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and used it as a base to explore Firenze and the surroundings, Toscana and even a day in Cinque Terre. Well recommended!

We (me and my 6 French friends) spent lovely vacations at Cris place.

We stayed here a couple of days we felt at home, the apartment was tidy and very clean had everything you needed the host was very kind and considerate. We'll definitely be back, maybe for a summer stay.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. Clara was an incredible host! She made us feel right at home, and the apartment was identical to the listing. My wife and I spent several hours on the terrace during our stay, enjoying the Tuscan weather, writing postcards, and drinking coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay in San Gimignano. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely reach out and try to book again!

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

We stayed at Simona’s gorgeous apartment for several weeks and it was a superb experience. The apartment was clean, luxurious, tastefully furnished and more than well equipped. Simona has really thought about all the details. Simona was a fantastic host, so kind, responsive, helpful and friendly! The location close to piazza Massimo d’azeglio was perfect for us, close to the city centre but out of the tourist hustle and bustle. As we travelled with our four year old daughter, the nearby playground was a lifesaver. We have such beautiful memories of our Florence stay thanks to Simona and we would love to return one day.

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

Great location and great host. Apartment was super nice and clean. Amazing view to the Duomo! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Florence!

Wow. Just wow. We did not want to leave this wonderful apartment. The terrazzo, the bells of Santa Croce, the sound of kids playing in the park in the afternoon. It is all wonderful. The house in the evening is silent despite the great location close to everything. Simone is a wonderful and thoughtful host, extremely responsive and communicative. We cannot wait to return. A note about the loft: we stayed for almost 3 weeks and the loft was totally fine—even for a claustrophobe!

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue and a beautiful place to stay then look no further than Villa Cini.

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

This house is a jewel and I feel so lucky Cesare shared it with us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. Overall, this place is a perfect getaway with breathtaking scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.
