The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Historic forest house by the forest with pool and sauna

Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Mill house on the Nethe

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

Vacation home at Reinhardswald "Eichenlaub"

A 100 m² apartment on the outskirts of Friedrichsfeld awaits you, with three bedrooms for up to 6 people. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped. In the modern sauna bath with rain shower and also in the second bathroom, soft towels are ready for you. The spacious living/dining room invites you to linger with its large TV and leather sofa. There is also a covered balcony with seating in your apartment. Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest by arrangement.

Sit back and relax, turn on the fireplace on cold days or swing on your bike, go canoeing, explore the Reinhardswald, or throw the barbecue on. The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. (Dogs are allowed there) Or maybe historical? The Trendelburg, the Sababurg or the local museum offer a lot of information. Also worth seeing is Hofgeismar, about 10 km away...

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. Take excursions to small baroque and medieval towns such as Bad Karlshafen or Hofgeismar. Visit Fürstenberg Castle and the Sollinger oil mill. Kassel is quickly reached by bike along the Diemel bike path and the Weser or by canoe. Use the fiber optic connection for home office. Retreat to the final thesis. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
