Monthly Rentals in Tremont City

Hard to trust Air B&B sometimes, especially after my most recent booking. But I'm glad I found this place. Exactly like the photos and the place was very clean. Host was very responsive, proactive, and helpful. Place was perfect and comfortable, highly recommend.

Very cozy spot in downtown Springfield, in one of the many neighborhoods with massive old homes. I think Springfield will have a resurgence, and I hope to see more of the old houses being restored. Anyhow, very affordable, great communication, and plenty of coffee was supplied.

This place was amazing! not only was it beautiful inside and out, there was 2 fresh baked pies on the counter, fresh milk and cream in the refrigerator, plus fresh butter and eggs! The location was amazing, and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. Will definitely stay again, and will recommend it to anyone going in this area!

Beautiful historic home, just as described. Will be back this summer, highly recommended.
