Vincent's house is beautiful, a bathroom in the 4 bedrooms, an indoor pool, 2 garden lounges, finally everything for a pleasant stay. We had a great welcome basket. For restaurants I recommend the Lo Soli beach in Trestaou. Finally I recommend this house and Vincent is very attentive.

Great week in the ty mam goz house. The view of Beauport Cove is really very pleasant, very relaxing. We really disconnected from our daily lives, and we were able to eat good oysters. The house is very well-equipped, everything is done to feel good there.

Very good weekend: the house is spacious, well-equipped (a shelter for the jacuzzi would be a plus, in case of bad weather). Its location is ideal because it's quiet, close to shops. Paul is very responsive. We would recommend this listing.

The place is exactly as described! Location awesome and practical (you can walk to the beach, but also to the village)! The highlight is the heated indoor pool, we almost couldn't get our 3 boys out of there. the place is highly recommended, we will definitely go back there.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house, ideal for a weekend with friends and family. It is very well-equipped, including for babies, which is a real plus. The accommodation is perfectly decorated, very clean and has everything you need. Its central location allows you to do everything on foot, which is very convenient. Beautiful sea and beach views! We had a great week in early May with the sun as a bonus! The location is nice, 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min to the center of Perros and above all, exceptional views of the sea, the 7 islands and Trestignel beach. Binoculars highly recommended! The studio is very well furnished, tastefully, it has everything you need for 2. The large terrace is a plus, and we were able to have breakfast outside in the morning; too bad in the shade in the afternoon and at the end of the day, we were not brave enough to settle there and enjoy the garden furniture at this time of the year. Thanks to Benoît for the communication at the time of booking and the good recommendations!

2-night stay... We had a very pleasant stay in Erwan's accommodation, which was impeccably clean and very functional. We enjoyed the quiet garden, the bus stop a few steps away and the perfect location between the city center and beaches. We would have liked a cozier sofa in the living room for our evenings :)

My stay in Charlotte and Yves' studio went very well. I was well looked after; the studio is very nice, pleasant, in line with the descriptions and very well located, at the entrance to Renote Island which is sumptuous. The entire pink granite coast is on either side of the accommodation. I'll be happy to go back.

Our stay at the "Au Bon Repos" apartment for rent was most enjoyable. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, super comfortable bedding, very well-equipped and this view that you can't get enough of, a real joy. No cheating, the photos are in line with reality😜. Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautifully maintained apartment in Saint-Quay-Portrieux. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the balcony with its stunning sea view — the perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The village itself is peaceful and charming, with all essential shops within walking distance. It’s an ideal base for exploring the region, especially for those who enjoy walking or cycling. The coastal paths and countryside routes are simply breathtaking. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and scenic escape in Brittany. We would definitely love to return! The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Emilie's place is in a fantastic location...just above a bay, with morning sun for breakfast on the terrace. We would have liked to have stayed a little longer.

I just left Emmanuelle‘s wonderful aparment and definitely want to come back. We just met on my last day in person, but she was the perfect host: great communication, always available and very sweet. The apartment is very well equipped. The views are stunning. You just shouldn‘t be afraid of the ladder to climb up to the sleeping area. 😄 Luckily, I had a rental car. Perros-Guirec is a quite village itself. And perfectly located to discover the beautifil surroundings.

I would recommend this place, it is located in the city center of Lannion with access and private parking. You can visit the entire city center of Lannion on foot from the accommodation. Located 15-20 min from the coast. Margaux is a very welcoming, pleasant host, who does everything to make you feel good and who will give you good tips on things to do in the area.
