Third stay in the "Charming studio". Right in the center, quiet, well-equipped: perfect for my use and fully enjoy Perros-Guirec. Julien is a very responsive host.

Very nice little apartment, nice sea view, the terrace is a real plus and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. The pool is a stone's throw away, which is ideal with children. Thank you for a lovely week.

Great short stay in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped. Located in the city center, it allows you to walk the alleys of the old town on foot. We came in a professional setting, we enjoyed our 2 quiet evenings in the accommodation. The explanatory email received before our arrival was very precise (parking, codes, departure...) Our host was very responsive during our various exchanges. You can go there without so much as a blind eye ☺️

Listing was as described. It's a place where you feel good, we were able to disconnect. The proximity to the port and beaches was perfect.

Very good communication with Marie and Jean-Marc, clear explanations, very nice environment. When you open the door, you access via stairs and enter this privileged place, this lush and colorful garden, before accessing the cozy apartment.

Beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A must to eat. The wooded garden is very large and pleasant with all its flowers (in spring at least) and its direct access to the bay. You can't get enough of the view from the deck. The house is very well-equipped (including the kitchen) and is very comfortable. The bedding is very comfy as well. Beautiful hikes are possible directly from the accommodation including part of the GR34 (the part between Diben and Térénez is magnificent!) Thanks to Boris for his responsiveness and kindness.

Perfect stay with wonderful hosts. If you want peace and tranquility by the sea in a comfortable home from home, this ticks all the boxes. We will be back.

Emmanuelle's house is a true earthly paradise. Photos aren't enough to convey the beauty of the place. Both the inside and out are beautiful. All the rooms of the house allow you to admire a breathtaking landscape, which changes continuously with the rhythm of the tides. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the coast. The interior is carefully decorated and tastefully furnished. The house is super equipped (appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, children's games, etc.). It offers absolute comfort, unlike many vacation homes, where you can only find the essentials. The maintenance is perfect and the cleanliness exemplary. Nearby are all the useful shops for shopping and Paimpol is a five-minute drive. Emmanuelle was an exceptional host.

Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10

We had a wonderful time in Ty Kerzont! With a warm welcome and full of little touches for us and our son, Martine and Jean-Jacques allowed us to spend a moment of rest with the family and discover this very beautiful region. Their recommendations were valuable. We had a lot of fun sharing, chatting, and discovering their living environment. We felt comfortable and were able to make the most of our vacation. Thank you again for your welcome and congratulations for this beautiful cottage that we highly recommend for a quiet stay close to many activities, which allows a real disconnection and a change of scenery. Wonderful stay in Tregastel. Very nice apartment, very pleasant, functional and very clean, comfortable bedding. Very well located for exploring the pink granite coast. We enjoyed it very much and plan to return.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .
