The house of the robin! The house of the robin is located in the heart of the Saint-Félix district, in the old farmhouse of the church of the same name. This building full of character welcomes you in an inner courtyard to the quiet noises of the city. You benefit from your private parking space, in the courtyard of the building. The property is located on the garden floor, it has been completely renovated to the taste of the day, parquet flooring, real cement tiles with contemporary motifs (end of work April 2018) The room offers a queen size bed (new bedding) and a 2 seater sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious and has large shower. The living room, living room/kitchen/ dining room is open onto an adorable garden of 50 m2 facing southwest. Possibility of making BBQs. You have all the shops (one of the best bakeries in Nantes, fishmonger, supermarket) 5 minutes walk. The banks of the Erdre river are at the end of the street, we are a 5-minute walk from the "Motte Rouge" tram stop (line 2), the island of Versailles with its sublime Japanese garden and 12 minutes from the city center of Nantes. A small peaceful haven to welcome you for a weekend with family or couples to discover our beautiful city of Nantes, where as part of your business travels.

Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.
