Monthly Rentals in Trecento

We just had a delicious 15-day stay at Cristiana and Antonio's. We wanted to be in the countryside, quiet, and have a base camp allowing us to visit all of Tuscany and not just Florence. Our guests' place checked all our boxes! Total immersion in the Tuscan landscape ( so typical with vineyards, olive trees and cypress trees! ), proximity to Florence, Siena, Pisa , San Gimigniano and other local wonders! . A tip to visit Florence, take the train rather than the car because access to the old town is very complicated because of the ZTL classification of the whole center . By train, you arrive in the center in close proximity to all the prestigious buildings of this beautiful city. Cristiana will be able to explain in detail, as she did for us, all the tips to simplify her life! I would like to end this opinion by telling Cristiana that we will keep a great memory of our stay!

Beautiful villa in a wonderful setting!

What a beautiful family home. We spent hours admiring the paintings and photos or the various antiques and family curios throughout the home. And, as we also did, we enjoyed the many days at the pool or under the veranda with our books, music, meals and family. The surroundings were tranquil and we marvelled at the beauty of the Tuscan hills and the nature all around us from cicadas, to squirrels, geckos to meandering around the property, soaking in the experience. While certainly a hot month to go, the pool was the saving feature for us. We would love to come back in April or May if that is an testimony to how much we enjoyed our stay!

very cozy accommodation surrounded by nature. Very quiet location. Florence accessible in about 30 minutes by car. The short steep driveway to the grounds requires some practice and a lot of momentum.
