We would like to say thank you Sir Riel for accepting our booking even though it’s around 9pm-10pm. We had a great stay, nothing to worry in here. The unit is neat and clean, the kitchen has utensils and you can cook anything you want. The place is quiet you can just chill, watch and eat plus the wifi here is fast! Sir Riel is also very accommodating and very patient in answering all of our queries. We are hoping to book again soon! Thank you very much ☺️

The place was spacious, very comfy yung place, friendly din yung mga staff from the entrance up to the lobby, clean yung place and it really feels like home yung ambiance. most specially mabait yung host, will definitely recommend this place sa iba kong friends. 😊

Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

Malinis, Convenient and Accessible sa lahat, sa cooking ware lang need more pa na cooking ware sets yung compatible sa induction, then need ng kitchen ventilation para sa smell at sa usok na niluluto po. over all perfect na 👌.

Our stay was amazing! The host are always active. The best staycation or semi-hotel type in Dasmariñas City so far! Surely will recommend to my friends and peers! Just few cents, I hope that airconditioned was strong and much cooler. We are using stand fan to increase the room coldness. We hope also to have a hand sanitizer or alcohol inside the room. But overall, the cleanliness of the room was superb! 10/10

Had to book this house for our YEAR-end party with my friends. it was a peaceful location and it has spacious house, clean and it feels at home too. Recommended for multiple guests and family. Just had to clear the parking space location because it seems there's lack of details in the Airbnb listing so we find it hard to park in the location given the road space and narrow entrance, but overall it was a great experience. Will recommend this and plan to book it again in the future. Thanks Jio for your service!

Really comfortable place with everything we needed. Very walkable with lots of activity in the park across the street. There are several shopping areas near by with grocery, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The pool is very nice too. Maria was a fabulous host making sure we had everything we needed. She responded quickly to any request or concern.

Our overall experience is absolutely great! The owner is very kind and friendly. The unit is very clean and even the caretaker, Ate Caine is very accommodating and jolly. Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

I loved Alshey’s place. It was exactly as she described it to be. Check in was a breeze. The building staff and guards are very nice and respectful. Very comfortable bed, nice working space and a small but nice kitchen. The view was fantastic too. Will book again for sure. Thanks Alshey!

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved our stay. It had everything that we needed. Space was big enough, cozy and loved that there were so many movie apps to choose from. I only wish they had a tv in the room too . The receptionist was friendly, the host was responsive. Place was safe and quiet. I appreciate that it’s not a high building. Really nice to just stay a few days and rest with the weather so hot in Manila. Thanks Yen.
