Beautiful, Safe & Peaceful Location. Up in the Hills & Away from the Busy Areas, which is exactly what we wanted! All the rooms were very comfortable. The home in itself is quite Spacious & includes a beautiful backyard! The hosts & grounds staff were extremely helpful in accommodating even the most minute details. Highly recommend if staying in Mandeville & would absolutely rebook.

We never had a better vacation! Everything was perfect, the staff was amazing, Faithlyn‘s food was absolutely delicious and they did everything for us. She was helping us with groceries, organized a driver for us and helped us planning trips. The Villa is even better than in the pictures, a lot of space, big pool area and you own quiet beach. We are already planning on coming back next year and can’t wait to stay at this amazing place with this amazing staff again! Monique was also very nice, she was helping us all the time with all our questions and answered very fast! You guys are amazing and we thank every each of you for making our stay perfect!!! Can’t wait to see you soon

from booking to checking in to checking out Garfield an co host was fabulous and very responsive. the house is just as advertise and the area is very safe am get very cold at nights. we had the opportunity of having a wedding at the property an Garfield an co host went over an beyond to make the day special an made sure everything went smooth. I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing thoughtful touches like local recommendations and making sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and great restaurants. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

This is a special house.The views are incredible, and it is on a lovely section of the beach, a short walk down the beach to a swimming cove in one direction, and a short walk down the beach to a restaurant and further to more restaurants and interesting sights. Views of sunrise and sunset from the roof are incredible. Freddy, the caretaker, is delightful. So is Donna, who brings fresh towels and sweeps daily. The kitchen is sparse - it wouldn’t be easy to cook in for a week - but just walk down the beach or the road to some delicious food made by someone else! It’s vacation, right? The beds were comfortable.The bathroom shower heads need some attention, but im sure they’ll take care of it. Great food in town: Jakes, Eggys, Joseph’sHideaway, and the vegan cafe at Wise Woman wellness are all very good! Lashings restaurant is a 5 -7 min beach walk from the house.They have great fish and chips and are open late Ask Freddy about going on Joseph’s boat tour to Sea Grapes. Do that!

Amazing location. It is a garden of tranquility. We stayed here with our three kids. They loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. The view from the top is stunning. Coleen is the perfect host to make you feel at home. Her dishes served on the terrace were one of our highlights during our trip to Jamaica. Nicola was very helpful in providing a lot of ideas for excursions during our stay. This AirBNB is definitely in our top 5 of all AirBNBs we have stayed in as a family.

My stay at Francine was an extreme home feeling She’s such a beautiful person inside out always there when ever I need her I will never rent no other Airbnb where ever I come to Jamaica I recommend her a 1000💯

This place is a home away from home. Very spacious and clean nice furnitures. I am very appreciative of the how patient the host was as I was running late the first day of check in. This is definitely a 10 outta 10 will absolutely recommend .

Studio is exactly as described and very centrally located. Beautifully decorated and appointed. It’s on the ground floor of a multi-unit building that’s fairly recently constructed. It’s in a gated complex so felt very safe. Host was very responsive and checked in often to ensure I had what I needed. She went above and beyond during a power outage on my arrival ensuring I arrived safely and was comfortable while we waited for power service to be restored. Light years better than any hotel you can find in Mandeville!! Will definitely stay here again when next I’m in Mandeville and will recommend to my parents when they visit as well.

The apartment is even better in person than on photos. It was clean and all the linens were fresh and smelled like heaven. Comfortable bed and sheets, very clean and welcoming apartment with all the amenities you would need. Close to all necessary stores and restaurants and 5 mins from the town or less. The hosts were exceptional in responding and communicating and made sure we had a good experience on arriving. I would recommend without hesitation and will be back. Also the ground staff...exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We were passing through on an expedition and needed a place to stay. Everything is as described and Marsha is very responsive. Water pressure was great and hot water was instant. The place was clean and the neighbour was very quiet. I’d stay again. Thank you, Marsha!

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed there for two weeks. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated with lots of space.The backyard is very spacious,The beds were very comfortable, all the appliances were working and there was hot water. The neighborhood was very quiet; it was safe and secure.The property is gated and has surroundings cameras for extra security. It has parking spaces and we had great service from the WiFi , which was a big plus. The location is perfect; it's about 5 minutes to Mandeville town, with nearby supermarkets and shopping areas. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. The host (Angella) called several times to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this place to family and friends.

Mandeville is truly a gem. Starting my day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, surrounded by the lush greenery and the sweet melodies of the birds, was simply delightful. What truly enhanced my stay was Alethia's exceptional communication and ensuring that all our needs were met. Avista is the ultimate retreat for unwinding in a pristine, secluded, and safe environment, with everyone around being incredibly welcoming. this will be on the list of one of my most memorable and exquisite airbnb stays. this location is safe as it is gated and the community is also safe for walking etc. it's very close to all the major fast foods and also business place. the area is quiet. the house is perfect for family stay overs . I spent 3 days with my sons and daughters there and it was perfectly what we needed. I definitely see myself revisiting BUT this time for a longer stay. thanks to the host and his assistant
