Mulberry Cottage exceeded all expectations for us. It was the most perfect, peaceful Jamaican hideaway. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Mine had a fabulous large bath tub and an enclosed area outside the back door with an outside shower ...water spurting from a large shell in the wall. Heaven. I used this most of the time. Tia Maria has paid great attention to detail to make things pretty and comfortable. There is lots of hot water and the wifi was very good. I love the verandah at the front of the cottage where we sat reading on cushioned day beds. I felt so sad to leave Mulberry Cottage as I totally loved it. We were attending a fun, sociable wedding but to return home to this sanctuary was the perfect contrast to all the partying.

If you are ever in Jamaica and need to escape to the country for a peaceful, relaxing and/or romantic getaway - this is the place to be - I could not ask for a more responsive host, polite, friendly; most importantly, a clean home and surroundings ever - I will definitely be back!!! Amazing location. It is a garden of tranquility. We stayed here with our three kids. They loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. The view from the top is stunning. Coleen is the perfect host to make you feel at home. Her dishes served on the terrace were one of our highlights during our trip to Jamaica. Nicola was very helpful in providing a lot of ideas for excursions during our stay. This AirBNB is definitely in our top 5 of all AirBNBs we have stayed in as a family.

Gilles gave us a beautiful place with nice viewings and a kind of private beach. The ride took 2:30h our on jamaican streets, so we recommend not to land in the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also recommend to use a driver and not rent a car. The place was wonderful and totally private. The pool and the rooms were good. Missing AC but it was mentioned in the description so totally fine. When we entered the house, we mentioned, that it was a longer tine uninhabited. The initial clean up before arrival was missing, but that was definitely no show stopper. Gilles was always friendly and responsible. At the end, there was a little misunderstanding with the staff, if the service was included or not in the stay. We solve this with Gilles together. We as a family recommend this place for a calm and sunny stay. Thanks a lot.

The property was very spacious, clean and private. Would definitely book again. Would definitely recommend for quiet getaways. It’s located close to Santa Cruz (for shopping). If you need items from convenience stores, you can walk up or down the road.

Villa Hikaru is a special place — out of the way, wonderful sea view, beautiful garden, with lots of nooks and crannies for everyone to find their own space or come together. The team looking after the villa and guests — Vanesia, Cedrena and Patrick — are fabulous: the villa and gardens are in great condition and the cooking is delicious. It’s a good 2 hour drive from Montego Bay, in a quiet parish with no major tourist attraction nearby. Which for us made it perfect. There’s a fishing village nearby and a couple of beach bars, so if you’re looking to escape the noise and crowds, this is the place!

Roger was an excellent host. Very easy to communicate with and returns calls in a timely manner. The Chill spot definitely felt like a home away from home. Very nice and quite loaction. Would highly recommend.
