Well accessible by car, this apartment is conveniently located right off the autostrada outside of Bologna. It’s impeccably clean and seems to have been renovated and equipped with all the latest amenities. We particularly appreciated the private parking space and the spaciousness of the apartment. However, getting into the heart of Bologna city center by Uber can be challenging, as only a few drivers are willing to pick up passengers from this relatively remote location.

A cozy living area is illuminated by soft fairy lights, enhancing the ambiance. A modern TV console is positioned against a wall, accompanied by a bookshelf filled with decor and books. The floor is covered by a patterned rug, adding color and texture to the space.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the wifi works well, it has a large balcony around it, it is quiet so you can rest well, Edoardo was very kind and responded very quickly to our messages, it is possible to find good places to eat on foot, it is also possible to park the car without problems in the street. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown, we were very satisfied, we recommend it and we will return! Thank you very much for everything ☺️

Amazing! This was one of the most beautiful properties, pool and most caring and responding hosts I've had. Shahrzad and Giovanni were absolutely wonderful, extremely kind and generous - doing everything they could to ensure that we felt comfortable and all our needs were catered for. We are so so grateful for their guidance and the beautiful property - it is truly amazing! Such a special property and piece of Bologna!

Nice cottage, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Super practical self check-in, as well as the demo video, really super easy! Very comfortable bed and the area is very quiet, with a shopping center a stone's throw away and a train stop just a little further... Close to the entrance of the ring road/ highway, so practical if you are traveling by car. Thank you Giacomo for your courtesy and kindness!

To go downtown, not far away, there are the stops of 27 and 19 with which you can reach many areas of the city easily, including the train station. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. Recommended!
