Not enough kind things to say about our experience! So peaceful, Sarah is responsive, very clean and cozy. Great are for walking to the lake. Comfy beds. We highly recommend!

We loved staying at David and Heather’s cabin! It exceeded our expectations. Very clean, cozy, and the perfect spot to stay for adventuring in Denali! Would stay again.

This is the third time I have stayed at this home. It has served my non-profit organization well as we transition from Kenai to Denali. The town of Talkeetna is always a favorite stop for my participants and staff. The home provides us a respite from the town activities at night and gives us a chance to enjoy what is offered.

Wild’s place was as advertised. Big three bedrooms and two nice clean bathrooms. The kitchen had all that was needed with nice stove, refrigerator, cookware, utensils, and plates, bowls, cups, and wine glasses. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Arrival and departure instructions for the home could have been better, but was not an issue. The kitchen needed a microwave, but we got by with what was on hand. Also, could use a wine bottle cork opener, but got by with a screw, screwdriver, and pliers. We were able to use the grill and fire pit and both charcoal and firewood was available. The living room could use some more comfortable seating ( only one three person sofa),but we just used the kitchen table chairs for extra seating. Overall it was a great experience, we just improvised on the few things that were lacking. If I were to return to Talkeena, I would not hesitate to stay at Wild’s home. Wild communicated was good and he checked in to make sure all was well

Fantastic view of the frozen lake from the deck! We thought winter there would be boring and covered with white snow, but we were wrong. The iced lake reflected beautiful blue shade when sunrise and sunset. It is Amazing! We enjoyed our entire time staying at the property. From the windows of open spaces living room and dining room and from the deck, we can see open beautiful lake view. The house is big, beautiful, open spaces and by the beautiful lake. Feeling of welcome when we first stepped in. The house is very clean. We had everything that we needed there. Owner provided quality materials to use. Host Rebekah is very nice. She responded to our questions within a short period of time. A plus that I would giving for this house is the water came from the refrigerator tasted better than most other the water bottled. We appreciated water source in AK vs. CA I wish I could stay there longer. Definitely will come back.

An amazing place to stay on your Alaska adventure! Easy to find right off Alaska's main highway - we used this as a base camp to access all the amazing fishing creeks/rivers in the surrounding area. The cabin has everything you need and is very spacious with a cozy wood stove! There's an adorable coffee stand next door with a fire pit and games, giving you a perfect place to hang out. Kale and his crew are amazing hosts! Would love to stay again! 10/10 :D

Jonathan was very accommodating, good with communication, and overall great host. The house feels like a home in the beautiful boreal birch forest.

Everything you need and nothing that you dont. The bed was amazing. The shower was HOT and the water pressure was intense. The diesel heater is the coziest touch. No better heat. 5 min walk to anywhere in Talkeetna. We are from Alaska and wanted a quick get away. Ryan was quick to respond. This space was very nice and we plan to be back.

We had a great stay at the Birch View cabin! The location was a little under 10 minutes to get to town, which was perfect for us. The cabin was clean and stayed plenty warm even with negative temps outside. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We even got see the northern lights through the window, which was pretty awesome! Our dog loved that there was a greenway right at the end of the driveway so we could easily take him on walks without having to drive to get to them. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Such a cute yurt! So close to Anchorage so it’s not too long of a drive. Beautiful lake views with a short walk. Quiet and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Utterly magical place and an amazing host -- so generous and kind and detailed. Can't imagine a better place to stay at or a richer encounter!

Such a cute and cozy stay. Perfect for solo or a couple traveling and even has a pullout futon downstairs for extra sleeping space. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay at the yurt!! Much bigger than it appeared in photos, so cozy, and totally serene. Appreciated the fireplace for a warm evening, the comfy bed, and honestly the outhouse situation was so pleasant—loved being out in nature. Wonderful stay all around!

Overall, we had a nice/fun stay at Destiny’s! The place was clean, and quiet! The s’mores and hot tub were a nice touch! Destiny was very communicative and was quite helpful when we had to deal with some technical issues with Airbnb. The only issue for us was that the hot tub was too close to the host’s residence. The camper was not very far either, it was within earshot/eye-view of the host’s house so it did not feel very private or secluded. Although, this was the case, it should be noted that the hosts were very quiet, and respectful! Thank you kindly for your hospitality!

Loved the original wood lodge architecture. By far the best wooden cabin/lodge in Talkeetna. Almost everyone that walked past stopped to take photo’s. Inside it had everything you needed, fully equipped modern kitchen & appliances. A classic wooden fire place with plenty of comfy sofa’s to lounge around and also take in the views of airstrip. Highlights were the HOT TUB, easily fit 6 large adults, clean, well built and easy to use. The sauna was a lovely touch fit 2 adults easily and took less than 10min to warm up. Highly recommend this Air BnB, a beautiful property and great host.

Andy's place was amazing. Beautiful scenery. Amazing to wake up to the lake. It was nice to fish the lake in front of the house and catch some trout. Taking the boat out on the lake was amazing. Moose visitors were a daily occurrence. Andy was extremely helpful with any questions and very responsive. I couldn't ask for better. If you are looking in the area, stop looking and book this place!

Loved this property! The hardwood floors are amazingly beautiful. Maintained with care. The beds were super comfy, xtra blankets and pillows. The master bath double shower with smooth pebble floor was out of this world. Oh and big fluffy towels🤗 Appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings and oh so relaxing hot tub before bed. Additionally, theres 2 hiking areas with multiple trails on Comsat Rd. Old town Talkeetna is a must see, rich history with a hippy vibe, loved it. Pro tip…..buy your groceries at Cubby’s before you get to the house….groceries in old town Talkeetna are triple the price with a small selection, ok in a pinch. All in all, i’m super glad we spent 4 nights, gave us plenty of time to really explore! ❤️❤️❤️’ed it!!
