Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Trafaria

Paulo was quick to respond to my communications. The villa was beautiful with lots of extras to enjoy a home from home. We loved the peacefulness of the garden & the birdsong . My iPhone would not direct me to the address & I discovered that if you use maps to direct you to Camping Fetais, you are very close to the road leading to the home.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa just a short taxi ride from Lisbon! The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The surrounding area was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly. 10/10 – would definitely return and highly recommend!

Amazing place with comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our stay. The check-in with Isabel was flexible, and she was very friendly when welcoming us to the property. We only stayed for 1-night, but could easily see ourselves stay for longer.

This location was a hidden gem. The view is unmatched and the infinity pool was a bonus. It felt like a dream. Annemie was very welcoming and we loved the friendly cat! It definitely felt like our second home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their perfect getaway under the sun.

Carlos was a great host the space is beautiful clean and spacious. the location is close to many beautiful areas. We stayed here because we were in town for a friends wedding and it was easily accessible to all the events in cascais and estoril. Carlos gave us lots of recommendations and the instructions for check in were very organized and easy to understand. Would definitely stay here again

The house is big, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen very big. The younger guests enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the spacious house. Parking was easy. The property is very accessible from the highway and is relatively close to Lisbon. We really enjoyed our time, we recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing place close to Lisbon perfect for a large family or group.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Tutto molto bene! appartamento ben attrezzato, molto tranquillo e con una vista talmente bella che puoi fare a meno della TV. Devi fare 60 scalini per arrivarci ma ne vale la pena, dopo stai molto bene.

Lage: Hervorragend gelegen für wunderschöne Spaziergänge entlang der Küste. Ansonsten gelangt man auch mit dem Auto recht schnell nach Ericeira im Norden und Cascais im Süden. Der Sintra-Nationalpark lädt ebenfalls zu herrlichen Wanderungen ein. Wohnung: Top Wohnung, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist, allerdings etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern (für 4 Erwachsene wahrscheinlich zu klein, fur eine Familie mit 2 kleineren Kindern top). Sara: Einfach top!!! Super einfache Kommunikation und stets hilfsbereit. Remote Work: Wir haben von dort remote gearbeitet. Sara hat uns auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Schreibtisch zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir in separaten Zimmern arbeiten und Meetings halten konnten. Gute und stabile Internetverbindung. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die von dort remote arbeiten möchten. Fazit: Top, aber zugegebenermaßen nicht die günstigste Unterkunft in der Region.

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s charming apartment in Cascais! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen well-stocked, and we loved having a drink on the balcony in the evenings. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the marina, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés on your doorstep. Cascais is a lovely town, and this Airbnb made it even better. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax by the coast while still being close to Lisbon. We'd definitely come back!

It’s really a great apartment and location (train station and restaurants just down the street). I was traveling with a friend and so it was great to each have nice rooms and also have a communal space to hang out. We enjoyed the terrace quite a lot as well. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. It was one of the nicest @irBnB’s I have stayed at. Cipriana also was super, because she let us know the apartment was ready before the scheduled check in so we got a few extra hours on the terrace!

Rafael foi muito prestativo e atencioso, atendeu todos os pedidos de ajuda, indicou espaços ao redor para refeição logo a nossa chega e a coisa mais marcante foi nos permitir ter um late check out, até a hora bem próxima ao nosso voo, que foi no turno da noite. Ficaremos eternamente grato pois não sabíamos aonde ficar para aguardar o voo. Recomendo

My partner and I started at Ricky and Diana’s for four nights and we had a lovely stay. They were very responsive and always available to answer any questions and queries. Check in was smooth and well described. The area itself of the place was well located and in close proximity to a number of restaurants and bars, as well as popular attractions such as the National Pantheon and Feira de Ladra. Our hosts did let us know beforehand of the festivities that took place each night so of course whilst it was noisy, we appreciated the heads up. We also really appreciated the port left to us and a bottle of wine which was a really nice touch. Thank you Ricky & Diana!

Excellent stay. The location was great - and the home was clean and spacious for all 5 of us (family, including 19mo old). The child-friendly toys and crib/high-chair were huge helps. The location was just around the corner from great shops and restaurants. And we hiked from the Airbnb to the top of the Pena Palace. We stayed for 2 nights, and I wish we had time to stay longer. Would highly recommend for groups that need 3 bedrooms in Sintra!

Gorgeous villa with stunning views! We had a multigenerational family vacation here and everyone loved the place. All the rooms are larger that they look in photos. If you go in the spring, expect a mix of mostly stormy and some sunny days. In rainy days we focused on museums in Lisbon. Sunny days were stunning in the villa. So glad this beautiful home is preserved and enjoyed by many people!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s clear the host had put a lot of time and love into their house which is why it appealed to us. We were a group of 8 best friends who wanted a relaxing holiday, exploring the local beaches, restaurants, sights and enjoying the pool which is exactly what we got, and more! We particularly loved how spacious the house was and being able to make food together and catch up in the outside dining area and on the rooftop balcony. There was an extensive collection of pans/pots/serving bowls etc which was really useful for a big group. We were only a short taxi ride to the beach where we enjoyed spending time at the beach clubs, and it was also a relatively short taxi journey into Lisbon and Almada. We would definitely recommend!

An idyllic place to spend a week with close friends. The house was made for both relaxing in gorgeous spaces and easy exploration of the area. Meal prep for a large crowd was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen. There is a great market close by and there are several restaurants within a short distance from the house. João was an incredible host, checking in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and well supplied. We felt fortunate to have landed in such a wonderful place. Thank you João!

Amazing host! Met us at the property and explained everything, such an amazing house perfect for a lot of people we were 9 there and it was so so nice! Highly recommend and will for sure come again! We were two couples with kids and we each took our own floor in the house which was amazing! The living room is big and so nice! Just perfect! Clean, tidy, books to read! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! This is the first Air BnB I have stayed in where the rooms are even nicer than the pics! We stayed here with our adult children for 8 days and absolutely loved it! The property is nicer than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Rui and Teresa greeted us upon arrival and were responsive anytime we had questions. There were restaurants within walking distance but also Ubers and Bolts were plentiful and inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Rui and Teresa!

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, propre, spacieuse et correctement équipée. Un séjour enchanteur : maison dans une station balnéaire à 30min de Lisbonne, à 45min des incroyables et magnifiques plages de sable blanc et sans vagues, proches de Setubal (Figueirinha, Troia), à 45min de la côte sauvage de l'ouest et de Sintra, bref un emplacement idéal. La literie est bonne, le minimum nécessaire en cuisine est là, le WiFi fonctionne bien, le patio extérieur est très agréable. Il est facile de se garer sur la petite place derrière la maison, et, si besoin, le fait d'avoir un garage est un vrai plus. L'environnement est inattendu (immeubles), mais quand on est dans la maison, on se sent vraiment bien : un vrai cocon. A noter : un supermarché à 2 pas et une délicieuse petite poissonnerie, sur la place derrière la maison. Seul petit bémol : la rue étant perpendiculaire à un boulevard, on entend bien le bruit des voitures, jusqu'à environ 23h (après, il y a moins de circulation)

We felt right at home in this lovely rental. It was so nice, bright, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Kids (4&6) loved the yard and played everyday for hours while we relaxed in the outdoor kitchen. The beach was a short drive with lots of easy parking in May. Great place to stay for day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Antonio was a great host and easy to reach. They left us lovely fruits and pumpkin jam and delicious cake.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist superschön, groß und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist super. Der Blick aufs Meer ebenso super. Die Lage Praia das Macas ist ebenso top, von hier kann man viele Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen und hat einen top Strand direkt in 10 Minuten fußläufig. 5/5 würde ich wieder buchen
