Very quiet and nice area, the apartment very well located, close to the beach and Lisbon 20 minutes away. A perfect getaway to go with your partner, and very cozy and noise-free apartment, fantastic.

I must say this is the first time we actually felt truly at home at this place. The apartment is very bright when we open the curtains and a lot bigger than we thought (when you close the blinds at night, it becomes very dark which makes falling asleep very easy). Beds and sofa are extremely comfortable, and the showers are amazing. It's located in a cul-de-sac, so it's very quiet and it reminds me a lot of my small home town in Brazil. Trafaria is amazing, and from a Brazilian perspective, the beaches are way better than we expected 😍 Filipe was very proactive in communicating with us, and we appreciated that. If you're looking for a place to stay with your family that's quiet, comfortable, near lovely beaches with great restaurants, don't hesitate to book this place. A+++++

Our stay here was lovely! You can tell a lot of heart and soul was out into decorating the place and we could t have asked for a better stay! It’s about a 5-10 min walk to “downtown” Algés so we walked each morning for coffee and breakfast. The closest grocery store chain Lidl was also about a 15 min walk. We used Uber to get around without any problem. It was a great home-base to go into Lisbon and make day trips to Sintra, Cascais and we even went to Porto by bus. There are stairs, about 4 flights of them but they are wide and easy to navigate unless you have mobility problems. Other people live in the building but they were never a disturbance.

On this trip to Europe we stayed at 3 Airbnb’s and I have to say this was by far the best. Paulo thought of everything to make a guest feel welcome and at home. The appliances were state of the art and worked! The live plants, recipe books, flow of the apartment gives the impression of someone who cares about life and nature. We would gladly come back and stay at b this little gem

This was nice spacious “feel like home “place located close to many restaurants .Although not in the center of tourist traffic( which we appreciated ,by the way),it had taken us a brisk walk or few Euros to get to the center of “tourist madness of Lisbon”. We appreciated to be able to walk to Amazem for a pizza or pasta of excellent quality without booking ,and be well treated by the friendly staff . For those , who love gourmet dining, just round the corner, there is Michelin recommended restaurant Solar dos Nunes,make sure you book in advance. For casual diners, you are next to LXfactory full of restaurants and local stores with local products of various sorts. The place is also located close to many grocery stores, which will satisfy needs of any traveller. Great stay, great experience .Thank you.

This is truly a wonderful place, a delightful apartment, beautifully decorated with a lot of taste and style, spotlessly clean. Every detail is carefully thought out and lovingly arranged. The terrace is especially wonderful. The reception by Miss Alice was exceedingly warm and overwhelming. I was greeted with a long array of snacks and wine. The owners go far beyond the normal level of hospitality, making you feel extremely welcome. The bathroom facilities are perfect, and the bed is a dream. The parking in the garage is very convenient, large, and easily accessible. Two tiny drawbacks: the kitchen eqipment is quite basic (no dishwasher, no oven), but this did not bother me. Secondly, the area is not necessarily high-end, but you feel safe and it’s quiet. If you have a lot of business in the city, getting to the bridge is always a bit of a traffic challenge. Overall, a great apartment, very clean, with an extra dose of hospitality – simply a place to feel at home!

This is truly an amazing place, and Iza was so friendly, helpful and responsive. I couldn’t recommend it more and we hope to return someday! Guests should be prepared for a short but steep walk to get to the apartment from the ferry which takes you to Lisbon. The apartment was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and wasn’t cluttered with things we didn’t. The kitchen was well appointed, even had spices we needed to cook, and Iza was kind enough to have some snacks waiting for us. She also accommodated us checking in early because our flight arrived in the morning, and offered us great recommendations during our stay. We couldn’t ask for more; truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had.

Raul was a great host. He was quick to respond to any needs, he also have a list of recommendations (food, sights, etc) which was very helpful. My brother arrived a day earlier and was able to smoothly communicate with Raul to check in. We also ordered packages and Raul graciously gave us an address we could send them to and he personally delivered them to the Airbnb. The location was peaceful and safe. Market on the first floor was a huge convenience. We were able to buy water and other essentials for the stay. The Airbnb itself was clean and stocked with the basics. The kitchen was stocked with numerous seasonings. There is also parking in an underground garage, be aware it is a little steep and get a little tricky but go slow and you will be fine. we did have an SUV so maybe a smaller car would make it a little easier. Uber and Bolt were easy to use and a reasonable price. If I am in Lisbon again, I would definitely stay here. Raul thank you for your hospitality!

This penthouse was a great place to stay during our business trip. Peaceful surroundings and all needed just in walking distance, amazing view from the terrace and beach just in 10 min walk. Highly recommeneded for vacations or business trip. We already planning to come back again soon. Special shoutout to Monica - very responsive, polite and helpful host. If I could, I would point 10 of 10 for Monica.

A very pleasant family stay beaches nearby, restaurants, grocery stores, fishmongers… the dream :) We had barbecues every day. The accommodation is equipped as if to live there, all the accessories are there, even board games to play in the evening. We'll be back for sure!!!

Jeroen is a great host. We were able to reach him at any time and he took excellent care of us. The place was very nice and clean, there was a feel-good atmosphere right away. Walking in a few minutes you are on the beach promenade and with Uber in 20 minutes in the city center of Lisbon. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the apartment to anyone who prefers it a little quieter and larger than in the city center.

Roberto is a great host, extremely friendly, very good communication. The apartment is impeccable, very good taste in the decoration, we felt right at home. Good location, but in a quiet and more private area. Definitely 100% recommended 😊

The apartment is clean and has all the modern amenities for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of good restaurants around like Ottcchii and others... There are plenty of cheap shops around, coffee and the beach is not far away. Mr. Joâo is an available, pleasant Host who does everything to make his guests feel comfortable. I loved the stay!!!

What an incredible place to stay in Lisbon! Every detail was thought of from the adjustable lighting down to the wine fridge in the living room, cannot recommend enough!

We had a great stay at Chiho & Nuno’s place. The apartment is spacy and located in a quiet street. We also appreciated quick and helpsom communication during our stay. Would definitly reccomend this apartment when planning a trip to lisbon.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

We stayed in Ricardo's apartment for the third time. He completely renovated the apartment this year and installed a brand new kitchen and laid new flooring. The electrical appliances in the kitchen are also new. The roof terrace is beautiful. In the evening, you can relax beautifully in the hot tub. The apartment is in a great location for sightseeing in the city. Next door is the Lidl supermarket and in the same building an Auchan where you can perfectly take care of yourself and grill on the existing roof terrace. A big plus and extremely rare is the underground garage with a parking space for the car for excursions. There are no outdoor parking spaces in Lisbon and that is why there is a parking space in the underground garage. Perfect.

Joaquim was very helpful with the tour and how to use control boards. Attentive and quick to respond. The apartment was perfectly located, super clean, and spacious. Would definitely come back. 5 stars

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.
