Apartment located in the center of Trafaria, restaurants, café, butcher, grocery store, buses and, most importantly, a direct boat to Lisbon (Belém) when going down the street from the building. Some parts of the ceiling are sloped! It's on the second floor, with no elevator. 2 Bedrooms, double bed and single bed, kitchen equipped with the necessary items, washing machine, iron, living/dining room, bathroom! The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica!

The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.
