The house has been recently remodeled and expanded with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and the surroundings. You can see from the top of the Sintra Mountains, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the hiking trails of the Sintra Mountains and its monuments, and next to good restaurants and cafés with a good atmosphere, the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your peace of mind. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the area. I love cycling and I know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise on the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in the Sintra Mountains and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise using your own car.

Apartment in the center of Trafaria, restaurants, coffee shop, butcher shop, grocery store, buses and especially a direct boat to Lisbon (Belém) when going down the street from the building, parts of the ceiling are slanted! It's the second floor with no elevator. 2 Bedrooms, equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, living/dining room, bathroom! The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica and close to Lisbon! Breakfast Basket fee upon request!

The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. This amazing new tiny house has a terrace in the front and a lovely private patio in the back, a comfortable double bed, a nice table that you can use for dinners or as workspace, enough storage space and an equipped kitchen. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED This charming seaside Cabana is located directly on Praia da Mata, one of the most beloved beaches of Lisbon's famous Costa da Caparica, a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach dotted with seafood restaurants, surf schools and candy-colored cottages. Nestled in the dunes, Cabana Branca is big enough for friends or families to share, a stone's throw from the ocean's edge yet completely hidden from tourists. Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
