My stay in the apartment was great thanks to how clean everything was. The place was spotless, and it was super convenient being close to key areas. The host was very responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly taken care of, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, everything was fantastic. Thanks for the hospitality!

A very lovely place, equipped with everything you can possibly need. Perfect location with the views of Mt. Diablo, and open sky. It was so peaceful! We were able to relax and unwind right away on the porch with a glass of wine. Sounds of nature surround you. Beautiful decor, comfortable, and super clean! Has all the extras including a sauna in the bedroom. The jacuzzi over looks the water and views. Lots of toys to play with. Fishing off the dock was fun. Thank you Preston, a Super Host! Great place to stay with a larger group of people. Plenty of space to relax and spend time together. Great kitchen for cooking. A little weird that the only TVs are in the bedrooms and not one in the main living room.

This was a short but fun stay. The host is fun and very friendly. Upon entry you are greeted by the cutest dogs who are completely harmless. I did use the hot tub while I was there and that was so nice to use in the evening. The room is just as pictured and it worked well for me. I had everything I needed. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

Denise was a wonderful host. Her house was beautiful clean. It offered many comforts of home. I will recommend it to my family and friends when they visit Modesto area. Can’t wait to come back on my next trip to Modesto.
