Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Townsend

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

While we enjoyed our stay and everything was great. The one thing was not being able to control the thermostat. They did say we could message them and they would adjust it. I never did ask them to. But would've just rather had the ability to adjust it ourselves. But overall they were welcoming and very friendly.

We had a great stay! It was a peaceful location, but not too far from the hustle and bustle of the main towns. Our kids loved the indoor pool and it was great to keep them busy during some rain!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! I really loved this mountain oasis with the ability to be close to the attractions of Pigeon Forge! Really beautiful view and peaceful, extremely clean space as well!

The stay was fine. Nice place and easy to our locational needs. Lighting is awkward, all over head and super bright, a little light on the counter, next to the bed for more subtle lighting would be welcomed. Though it was mentioned, next door/cottage sound proofing is for the birds. So if you want to hear every word they are saying, this is fine, but I was afraid to say much out of fear of disturbing anyone else.

We really enjoyed our stay, however in the kitchen we didn’t find oil, salt and pepper to season our meals. That’s is the only thing that was a little disappointing otherwise great view

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect. You are close to everything in Pigeon Forge but it didn’t feel like it. It was quiet and not overly busy at the resort. Our boys enjoyed the pool and lazy river. You can see Dollywood’s fireworks from the balcony. We watched them 2 nights in a row. You could also see some of their drone show as well. If we travel back to the area we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Kathleen’s place is exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

this place was perfect for our 2 night pass through pigeon forge on our southeast road trip! its close to all the attractions of the town but also feels secluded and feels like youre staying in a cabin in the mountains. id highly recommend staying here or even checking out any of their other places on the property! look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

From the thoughtfully decorated and well-appointed interior to the beautiful scenic view outside, we enjoyed every aspect of our weekend visit. Comfy, clean, convenient: The 3’s all 5 Star. I have lived in a lot of places over the past year while traveling for school, and this was the best of the bunch. Everything was great, including a clean comfortable space, available toiletries, efficient appliances, simple check in and out, amazing 10/10 mountain view.

We loved staying at Lara’s. Because of rainy weekend, the mountains were especially lush and foggy creating almost magical misty atmosphere. We were able to build a fire every night. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with nice scratch free pots/pans. Lots of nature and little towns to explore nearby. Thank you Lara - we would love to come back!

The bungalow was perfect. We had an awesome view and we did get to see some bears up close. We will definitely be back!

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb! It was the perfect size for 2 people, and it felt very safe. The hosts were great at communicating proactively; they sent us all the directions & local recommendations much in advance of our arrival. We mainly spent our time in the national park, and it was easy to get to from the Airbnb. The pool and hot tubs were also in great condition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & we would recommend it to friends or would stay again if we were ever in the area!

What a lovely and cozy place. Attention to detail when decorating. We felt right at home. The location was great, the sound of the rushing near by creek was so relaxing. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Likely to return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo is cute and fit our family of 5. We saw lots of bears around. Make sure you keep your distance and don't feed them. They were really cool to watch from our back balcony. We would book again for a future stay.
