Great place, even better hosts!! Super friendly and helpful. And the location is great, lots nearby but not far from the city. Would def recommend!!!

Ray was super responsive and understanding. He accommodated an early check in. The place is very clean and such a cool spot to stay!

Was a peaceful stay. Four adults and two busy children. The toys were wonderful and kept the littles occupied on the rainy days. The location was close to what we had planned. Amy communicated promptly.

Our stay was for 4 nights. We were there for my Son’s wedding, and Spring was very quick to communicate and was very kind and helpful. There was an iron, ironing board, and a steamer which came in extremely handy! The porch was a wonderful and private place to sit with a cup of coffee or just to visit with family. The appliances, kitchen utensils, pans, plates, etc were more than adequate and made it easy to store and prepare food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with thoughtful extras. Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend Spring and her home if you need a place in the St. Louis area!

Great place, close to Union Station, lots of great restaurants near by. Home is large, we had 8 with us and it was comfortable.

We loved this house! Our stay was great and we had a great time seeing live music in St. Louis. Rich’s home comes highly recommended from us that stayed.

We loved our stay here. The house was well put together and homey. We enjoyed the extra touches, like toothbrushes, makeup removers, and wonderful extra snacks for the kiddos. (Especially after the hot zoo all day). There was also a fantastic “guidebook” put together by the hosts, with local restaurant menus!! The physical location was in an old district, full of old historic homes and buildings. Close to the Zoo, aquarium, and the Budweiser Museum. And our kids enjoyed running around in the back yard for the night. Would definitely stay again!

Stephanie’s place was perfect! It had all the things we needed as well as additional perks like beer in the fridge and snacks on the counter. It was clean and Stephanie was very responsive and attentive to us. We would certainly stay here again!

Good place to stay for a little getaway

Check-in was smooth and communication with Reda was quick and helpful the entire time. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near everything I needed. The apartment was excellent—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host and receptionist were both helpful, especially with guiding us on how to use the Latch app for access. The building itself was very quiet at night, which made for a peaceful stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The layout of the building was a bit confusing at first, but manageable once I got my bearings. My only minor complaint is the strong aroma pumped into the hallways—not really to my taste. Fortunately, that scent didn’t carry into the apartment itself, which I appreciated. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Tracey has created a lovely little haven. Her space exudes peace and comfort and provides all one could want for a short or longer stay. The park across the street was a great place to take my dog for walks. Grocery and other stores are nearby and the freeway is easily accessible. Tracey is a welcoming and thoughtful host.

I have stayed in this unit on multiple trips and will continue to book it. I love that I am close to the hospital and within walking distance to Target. The building itself is beautiful and felt very secure and safe. It was a great stay, as always.

My stay at Eran’s apartment was fantastic. The space is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, long-term stay. Eran was extremely responsive and ready to help whenever needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. Thank you, Eran

First comment when entering the home was, "Looks better than the photos!". Very cute and well located home for our visit of St Louis. Well stocked, very clean, and ready to go for us. Easy in and out with the lock system. In the very middle of the "The Hill" which is exactly where we wanted to be. An easy stroll to many great restaurants, gelato, shops, and of course, the very impressive St Ambrose Catholic Church, the Heart of the Hill. Unexpectedly, we found ourselves strolling around the neighborhood checking out the sites and sounds of cute homes and businesses. We greatly enjoyed all of the Italian restaurants. We also spent more time outside than we thought, playing cornhole in the backyard and visiting with the neighbors. Parking is only on the one-way street in front of the home, which is typical and expected for this area, so be prepared. Patrons of the local businesses will grab these convenient spots every evening.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's place and have never felt so welcomed and comfortable at an Airbnb before. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved this place. Clean and inviting. I loved the decor and the little extra touches i.e. toiletries & hand soap, coffee pods, ear plugs & a white noise machine. Just little things that added to the overall stay. We will definitely stay again when we come back to St Louis. The one con is there are several stairs to the actual unit, but that will not keep me from coming back. It was just a fyi.

Sophie's place was in a quiet part of South St. Louis near Carondelet Park. It was a small house with two bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and a very nice back room that was like a porch. Mornings were nice there-- very quiet, no traffic. There is a very nice touch in the living room--an enormous picture of a Highland cow, that sort of set off the house itself.

Pamela is a very responsive host and her place is comfortable. We enjoyed our time and would consider staying there again

The unit was absolutely beautiful! So many special details, historical, preserved and renewed. Everything was explained either in the binder that is provided or through the website. The door was a little tricky to use but that was warned beforehand so i appreciated that. The block is definitely undergoing a makeover and at first glance looks a little "sketchy" but honestly it was nothing to worry about and everyone we met outside was so friendly. The only thing i could think to tell future guests about the space is that the toilet area of the bathroom is very small, so if youre a plus size person you might struggle with that. But other than that- it wad an excellent stay and we will be back!

My husband & I can’t share a big enough thanks re Metropolitan Flats. We spent 3 months away from home in this condo as my husband had a stem cell transplant at Siteman Cancer Center - Barnes which is directly across the street. As I was by myself for 5 wks while my husband was in the hospital, I always felt super safe in this location & the condo was very secure. The property manager/office staff, were always so kind & helpful & went above & beyond. The condo was wonderful with windows that overlook the beautiful, outdoor commons area. The unit had a kitchen with all appliances you have in your own home. Full-size washer/dryer was another great amenity. Loved the fitness room & beautiful lobby area, too. Owners were always available for questions & to offer assistance in such a timely manner. They were fantastic to connect with & were always so friendly & helpful, too. If we were staying in the Central West End in the future, we would definitely stay here again.
