The least we can say is that we are not bothered by the noise of the metro!!!! If you want calm and greenery, don't hesitate! Emeline, which we unfortunately did not meet , however welcomed us with her messages and explanations, which could not be more detailed; the cottage is as described and we had a very good evening and very good night , before going to face the lions and other ferocious beasts of the Wild Planet!!! Thank you for everything .

Super cottage very tastefully decorated, functional with very well chosen equipment down to the smallest detail. Émilie was the one who communicated with me (Benoit acts in the shadows by mowing and cleaning up what I understood😄) and she was very responsive and especially accommodating regarding our arrival time. The cottage is in a good enough location to go for a walk in Nantes, Noirmoutier, Pornic or elsewhere in the area. There is the town of Challans right next door where there are all the necessary shops. In short, great accommodation and great hosts, I can only recommend this place!

We had a lovely if unexpected stay at Véronique’s wonderful Gite in Saint Colomban. Our motorhome had broken down and we urgently needed a place to stay for a few days while it was fixed. We struck gold when we found Gite Le Saint Couette was available, which was just a few miles down the road from the garage. Even though it was a very last minute booking, we turned up on the doorstep about 10 minutes after booking it, Véronique and her Husband were amazing! They were so friendly and welcoming and had us set up in no time, which was a huge relief! We feel so lucky to have spent 5 days in such a lovely place and made what could have been a very stressful time a complete pleasure! The Gite was spotless, it was super homely and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything in the Gite was stylish French chic and of the highest standard . Oh yes, and there was a fantastic shower! Thank you Veronique and Christophe so much for your kindness. Wonderful!
