Wake up in a 300-year-old stone farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of the Lot — and instantly feel at home. Three ensuite bedrooms, each with their own character and private bathroom, gorgeous beamed ceilings, a fireplace to gather around on cooler evenings, and a sun-drenched terrace with views that go on forever. Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.
