Charming gîte of approx. 50 m2 in the attic, 1st floor of an outbuilding (on the right in the overall photo), 1,700 m2 plot where the very discreet owners live. Only gîte on site. Swimming pool (7 x 4 m), spa (2/4 p. bubble), summer kitchen (plancha), dining/living area, ping-pong table, trampoline, children's area (cabin, etc.) and boulodrome available (self-service). Parking: reserved and secure Pool: May to October (secured) Hot tub: year-round (from Nov to March ask 24 hours before arrival)

Close to the old town, this winegrower's house with private garage occupies the right side of a quiet street. Climbing a wooden staircase, you reach the Tropezian terrace which forms the epicenter: on one side a living space of 75 m2, on the other a swimming pool heated from May to autumn, fitted out in an old barn and opening onto an inner courtyard, a bird paradise, with everything you need to have a good time: scoubidou armchair, ping-pong table, wooden games…
