We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

When we arrived, we arrived well in advance of the scheduled check-in time, I contacted the host by cell phone and immediately the daughter came to greet us and take us to our accommodation. She gave us the tour and the necessary explanations. The accommodation perfectly matched the description given in the listing. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. Our dogs were delighted and we loved this quiet and private place. The garden is completely secure so the dogs could enjoy it to the max without being tied up. Our contact with the hosts was very nice and friendly, personally I'll keep this address under wraps and talk about it around me. I recommend this place without any problems.

Check-in and check-out were easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until 0:00, then it only came back at 5:00. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city center of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

We had a great time. The location is excellent because you are in the middle of natural beauty all around. Whether it's a walk, a hike, a bike ride, a swim or a car adventure to visit castles, medieval villages or historical sites of the French resistance. Frédéric is an excellent and gracious host who welcomed us to a special region of the south of France.

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately at ease and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Admittedly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external factors mean that this is not always possible. But the feeling of living in symbiosis with nature makes you forget these small disadvantages.

Ideal cottage for couples. Comfortable bed, washing machine, air conditioning. Everything works, is convenient and nice. Wooded setting and exceptional view. Very kind, available and discreet hosts.

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, and it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (Air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to be able to guide and help them as much as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

We stayed in this vacation home as a family with a dog. You are very private and with children the pool is just great. We liked it very much there and the host was very friendly and always very easy to reach. We can definitely recommend this place.

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, great pool. The amenities are also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility to park several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Only small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.

We had a pleasant stay in the calm and tranquility of the vines. The accommodation is close to quite a few places to visit. The apartment is very functional for cooking.

We had a great weekend at our hosts'. The cottage is spacious and tastefully redone. The bedrooms are large and all equipped with a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is very convenient. The garden, pool and view complete the quality of this accommodation and that of the hosts' welcome.

We had a nice stay at the apartment. There is much to do in the area. Beautiful nature and nice towns to visit. The apartment features a garden where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun and enjoy your aperitif in the afternoon.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.
