This totally independent accommodation with all amenities, in the heart of the small village of Toulon-sur-Arroux where there is a restaurant, supermarket, tobacco store, bar, bakery, within walking distance from the north of the house. On the south side, the charm of the countryside with access to the small river "l'Arroux" after passing the enclosed garden of 900 m2. In the village, there is a leisure park, the temple of a thousand Buddhas 8 minutes away, the Morvan 25 minutes away

Charming house with terrace and garden close to the center of the village (300 m) and the river (150 m). In the village you will find several shops (bakery, pastry shop, supermarket, pizzeria, bar, restaurant, pharmacy). Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request). A relaxation area to discover ;) Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. The accommodation also has a courtyard for parking and a private garden (garden table, ping pong table).

Belgite

The old house located in the countryside has been completely renovated. It can accommodate a group of up to 12 people. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a dining room and then a living room. A bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor. Upstairs are 4 other bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and a toilet. A large terrace and a large garden accompany this house.

The small house

We are pleased to present our newly rented house for the first time! We just finished the renovations! The house is surrounded by meadows, woods and a river flows below the house. Perfect for lovers of nature, calm and animals. It is a small peaceful haven, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding calm. Indeed, the most numerous and noisy neighbors will be the Charolais cows.
