Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Totonicapán Department

I stayed in all 3 AirBnB rooms at Carlos' Seite Volcanes' suite over 4 months and loved each one! I even had family visit who opted to stay in the San Marcos' center instead at Lush Atitlan; However, after they visited my spot at Carlos', they wished they had taken my suggestion to stay here instead. The view is unmistakable; the Spanish colonial aesthetic is flawless; the lush tropical garden is mature; the privacy is serene. Seite Volcanes is close enough to town to stumble to the lake-front in less than 10 minutes but not so close that your sleep is subject to the howling of street dogs or bar-hopping tourists. In fact, it's nestled quietly away in a forested area off a safe side-road. I never once had a problem with access to great aminities either: constant high-speed internet access, round-the-clock strong hot water pressure, and an on-site washing machine. Top all that off with one of the best hosts on this site, and you might just extend your stay by an extra month like me!

We loved our stay here! The location is great very close to the ferry. Loved the open air area! It’s close to bars/restaurants but we didn’t find it too loud. Would recommend staying here.

One of our favourite ever stays with AirBnB after many years. Amazing value & lovely apartment with incredible views. So easy to get to and from San Pedro centre with Tuk Tuk 10Q per persona. Host could not be more helpful. Isabelle Bistro good restaurant close.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Kenny's apartment. The patio overlooking the lake was a great place to start and end our day. We appreciated how the apartment was close to lots of restaurants and bars, and Kenny gave us a ton of great local recommendations for San Pedro and surrounding towns. If you love being in the middle of the action of the town this is the perfect place for you.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Clemente es un host muy amigable y atento. El lugar está bien ubicado y tiene una distancia caminable al centro de San Pedro y a San Juan. Limpio, ordenado y todo como se ofrece. Recomendado.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar y compartir con familia y amigos. Las fotografías coinciden perfecto con el lugar, todo muy limpio y comunicación muy buena con los anfotriones. Lo mejor es una de las mejores vistas al lago, me volvería alojar en este lugar sin pensarlo!

Un lugar muy tranquilo con buena vista

Excelente ubicación, a tan solo cuatro cuadras del Parque Central. Los alrededores son tranquilos y con opciones de restaurantes. El hospedaje estaba limpio, la cocina está bien equipada, las habitaciones son cómodas. La pasamos muy bien y esperamos repetir la experiencia pronto. Muchas gracias por todo.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums. Das Zimmer ist etwas kalt, aber man hat mehrere Decken für die Nacht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Mishka (Huskey) ist sehr süss. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Todo perfecto con nuestra estadía, hubo una pequeña confusión pero los anfitriones siempre estuvieron dispuestos a solucionarlo ☺️

This is a good place to stay if you're visiting Xela. Good mixture of travelers.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Cirilo war super! Wir kamen relativ weit entfernt von der Unterkunft an, was kein Problem war, weil Cirilo uns gratis mit seinem TukTuk abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und für uns genau richtig, um etwas zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Cirilos Unterstützung in allen Bereichen. Wir brauchten z.B. ein Shuttle nach San Cristobal in Mexico. Cirilo hat das Shuttle organisiert, wir konnten unkompliziert bei ihm mit Karte bezahlen und es hat alles geklappt. Um sicherzustellen, dass alles funktioniert hat er uns den ganzen Tag über immer wieder gefragt, ob alles nach Plan läuft. Wir hatten bisher noch keinen so aufmerksamen und engagierten Host! Vielen Dank für alles!

Muy bien el lugar y Cirilo es agradable

Excelente.! Si vas de paseo por Xela o solo de paso, es la mejor opción, ubicación, parqueo, y entorno muy seguro, sin duda volveremos al ir a Xela, muy recomendado y bastantes satisfechos.!

Excelente lugar para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones. El lugar está en muy buena ubicación donde todo esta cerca y lleno de privacidad. Super recomendado. Pronto regresaré a ese bonito lugar.

This is a great studio with kitchen. Propane stove, mid-size fridge, microwave… well done quipped. Curio went out of his way to help us many times. There are other rentals and it was nice to meet guests from all over the world. We recommend this side of Panama: away from tourists, great beach, and walkable.
