Vacation rentals with a patio in Totonicapán Department

Our stay was great, the place is accessible and comfortable. The host helped us with some questions, without making us wait long. I would choose this stay again.

I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. There was a shared area above it with a fantastic view of the volcanoes and the surrounding landscape. The kitchenette was surprisingly well-equipped, with everything I needed to cook simple meals. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Oh, and there was a sauna on the property, which I was kindly invited to use during my stay. I truly enjoyed everything and definitely recommend this place!

Especially good people, very considerate.The apartment is well secured and there are security guards with guns.There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

A spectacular house! Everything clean and new, it had 2 entrances that made it very accessible, the spacious garage for medium car, a quiet and safe area 1 block from the park with good dining options and grocery stores nearby, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with accessories, all clear. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The best airbnb I have stayed at and I highly recommend it. In Semana Santa they pass processions on the corner, all beautiful. Excellent host with clear explanations, easy check-in and check-out. Perfect and super recommended!

Great place for big families, host’s attention was awesome and always ready to help us. Had some issues either the hot water but she helped us fix it. The stove ran out of gas but she arrived within 20 minutes with new tank. Loved the stay for me and my fam!

Great stay at Zaire’s spacious upstairs apartment. Thankfully Zaire was able to accommodate 3 travelers in need of a last minute place to stay. Her instructions on how to find it were great, she was super easy to communicate with and her place was as described and suitable for us. Great WiFi, also near some convenient places to eat.

Dr. Cesar was a great host and his house a hidden gem. Truly peaceful and quiet, perfect to unwind and relax. The view from the master bedroom balcony at sunrise and sunset is something you can’t miss. My family and felt right at home here.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary basics. Courtyard and appartment itself have a lot of character. Very close to parque central. Luis was very nice and responsive.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!

Amazing host everything was described. Condo was very clean and views are amazing.
