This beautiful, comfortable and complete home exceeded our expectations. It had everything you need for a pleasant stay and even extra details that stood out, such as coffee and tea, a washer/dryer, and a space to exercise. Excellent location near/walkable to the central park, municipal theater, shops, and variety of restaurants (among our favorites were: Taquería Tulum, El Sabor de la India, and of course Xelapan). My daughter and I visited Xela to study the Mayan K'iche' language and this house was ideal for taking classes in the morning in the living room, and going out to explore in the afternoon. We were very pleased. Friendly host and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This Airbnb is what Airbnb was supposed to be 10 years ago. It’s not just another property from a manager that you never see. Jean was very warm welcoming and welcomed us herself on our arrival. She was very proactive by giving us some tips from what to do, where to go or eat. She answered really quickly and helped us organized some massage sessions. The property is as described. The heated pool, the private beach and dock. Be aware that there are a lot of steps in the property and that arriving there from San Marcos may be a little difficult because of the road. But in my opinion those aren’t a problem after you see how beautiful it is there. I hope I can return one day

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

This place was beautiful, it had outstanding views. The pool was nice and the hot tub was very relaxing! I would recommend this place to anyone. It is not far from Panajachel where you can get on the boats to visit the other towns.

It was a brilliant stay with everything we needed and great communication. The plunge pool, sauna and net on the deck were big winners. Just do be advised since photos have been taken there is a bit of growth of plants around the property and a new house built next door. Also Nicolas does live on the property out the back who takes care, he is lovely and stays out of the way completely but just a heads up. Had everything we needed but would advise bringing food to cook as it is a bit out of town so having some meals at the place is recommended and a must with the view. Definitely wake up early to watch the stunning sun rises. Thanks for the stay

The best view I’ve ever had at an Airbnb! The balcony was a dream, and the grounds that the apartment is based on are gorgeous. Deedle and Claudia were super responsive and helpful, and Diego was a superstar! We loved our time here.

I love the place. I would recommend it very sincerely. The instructions on how to find the location were very clear, we were indicated and recommended how to buy supplies to have in the house, the condominium where the house is located is very safe and quiet, apart from that you can make use of the clubhouse that has a pool.
