We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

A beautiful house in a relaxed location! The house is very quiet on the edge of a forest. It is super nicely furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is simply awesome on particularly hot days. Great for relaxing, we could have stayed longer after 10 days! There are many bike paths in the area and it is about 3 km to the beach via almost exclusively comfortable bike paths. Mathieu, thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has everything you need, is clean, has a large and cozy outdoor area and is very well located. Michael is a very nice host and communication was easy. We would definitely like to come back! Thanks for everything! 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in France! The villa was very modern, beautifully equipped with everything we needed, and had a great layout — perfect for hosting and keeping an eye on the kids while they played in the swimming pool. The heated pool made a huge difference and was enjoyed every single day. The location was excellent — you could walk to the local shop for fresh bread and essentials, and the beach was only a quick 6-minute drive away. It offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Communication with the host was outstanding: always very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The villa was spotless, free of clutter, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return — highly recommended for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday!

We had a wonderful extended weekend in the house. The environment and the outdoors are amazing, and so quiet! The house is very well equipped and as described. In addition, Antoine is very responsive to exchanges. We would highly recommend it :-)!

Wonderful stay at Barbara and Davy's! A warm welcome, recommendations about the area, well-maintained and super-equipped villa, faultless :-) The pool is a big plus in a super quiet neighborhood. Barbara and Davy are very attentive and accessible hosts (thank you for the cold drinks and the surprise basket on our arrival) Moliets beach accessible in 10-15 min by bike (rented and delivered via the Moliets bike shop), 5 min by car. Surfing, restaurants and shops galore... super U 5 min drive. A relaxing stay, we recommend it 100%

This house is beautiful Extremely comfortable bedding The little plus foosball the kids loved it. And of course direct access to the beach without the need to take the car. Nina's welcome was very friendly. I would highly recommend it

Everything was perfect. The house is so incredibly well located. Directly at the entrance from the beach. It couldn't be better. The house was very nicely decorated. By bike, you can reach the center for shopping in a few minutes. Magali was always very easy to reach and responded promptly. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

We had a great time with friends. Wenda and Manuel are very friendly, welcoming and available. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. And the little extra that makes all the difference is the outdoor space: the summer kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bathroom is really nice. We'll save the address for next time:)

Great villa for our family, pool was lovely and warm and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The basement room is a good size but not the nicest place to stay. We would definitely return to this villa again, we had a great time.

We felt comfortable right from the start. Especially with children, the property with the great pool and good amenities is very suitable. Many beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with Frédérique went smoothly and she was very friendly. An all-around successful vacation!

Very good hosting and availability from Sylvie. The house is spacious, not overlooked, quiet. The terrace and pool are very pleasant and well appointed. We had a very relaxing week.

Everything is perfect, to say a pega I would say the pool was a little cold, so it is covered but not heated. That didn't stop several of the group from getting into it. The jacuzzi was off and the cold water so we set it up and it took to heat the water almost 10h, but then not a single problem. On Saturdays a maintenance guy goes for the pool and caught us by surprise since no one warned us, but that does not prevent us from choosing this place again in the future, my friends and I are already looking for a date to repeat.

We spent a weekend with friends, we loved the house and the location! The setting is peaceful and everything is accessible by bike. Julie was very responsive to our questions and welcomed us during this wonderful stay. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Beautiful place. The view from the upper apartment is amazing. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The place is very clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the lake. The heated pool is really nice on colder days.

Bright house, tastefully furnished, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable, functional where you feel good. Everything is designed for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The proximity to the ocean beach and the Huchet current accessible by bicycles made available by the host is a real plus. We'll be happy to go back.
