What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

Wow. What a peaceful haven! This unfortunately too short stay was magical. The place is sublime, absolute calm with kittens and a dog, chickens… The accommodation is amazing, extremely well-equipped, clean with fresh flowers, it feels like home! And Prem is an exceptional host, a basket with Italian specialties, a bottle of wine and vegetables from her garden and she is sweet and kind! This place is magical if you want to recharge your batteries, be in harmony with nature and animals. Sublime

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Their enthusiasm for the village and the surrounding trails is contagious. Share the evenings enjoying a good glass of wine, cool off at the stream below the house and explore the paths around the house surrounded by woods. The house is equipped with everything you need: the bed is very comfortable and the water in the house comes directly from the mountain stream, clear and genuine. I recommend that you bring some groceries, as there are no shops nearby except several miles away. Here you'll find absolute tranquility, fresh air and ancient stories. No cars, pollution or dangers for children: a real dream! Time passes very slowly, bringing the rhythm of life back to a human dimension. Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

Our stay in Ravenna was super! Angela Maria and her family are exceptional hosts, always available and courteous. Upon our arrival we were provided with all the directions to the house and the surroundings, and even during the stay we were provided with advice on what to do and where to go. The house is beautiful, spacious and quiet. Everything is very clean and with every comfort, it is also really within walking distance of the center, in a 10-minute walk you can reach the center of Ravenna, we never moved by car. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Staying at Daniele’s place in the middle of the countryside was beautiful and very peaceful and gave us a real taste of country living in Italy but with all the creature comforts of a luxury home. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay!

We stayed at the apartment for four nights with two children. We enjoyed it very much. Really lots of space - two bathrooms and great location. Quiet and yet in the middle of it. Gloria was very quick to help with any questions. Grazie mille!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

We had a great stay! Antonella was a lovely host and brought over some toys for our son to use during our stay. The apartment was perfect for our small family and sitting on the patio was very peaceful.
