This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

E' la seconda volta che recensisco l'alloggio di Giuliana. E' una vera e propria casa, spaziosa, confortevole e anche calda se ci andate in inverno ;) Si arriva al mare o ai negozi in pochi minuti, ma la location e' verde e tranquilla. Giuliana e' una host perfetta, e noi consigliamo il suo alloggio a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di totale relax a Caorle con la famiglia o gli amici.

Arianna's apartment is one of the most beautiful in Italy. The apartment is in a very good location, in the center of the city, fully equipped and very clean. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e in una posizione perfetta, edificio molto tranquillo, quartiere sicuro. Romano e le sue figlie sono molto solidale, reattivi e amichevole....un grande aprezzamento, l'alloggio lo prenoterei di nuovo in qualsiasi momento

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für ein bis zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Man findet alles was man braucht und der „eigene“ Freisitz vor der Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend zum frühstücken oder für abendliches gemütliches beisammen sitzen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. :)

My family of 4 really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. Super responsive, helpful with travel info and left all sorts of treats to welcome us. The location was perfect. Quiet evenings for good sleeping & easy to get to everything. The apartment is fully equipped and quite comfortable. Showers work very well and beds were super comfortable. Many thanks for a great stay!

Fijn appartement met uitzicht op zee. Appartement is groot. Bed en keuken staan in dezelfde ruimte maar daar heb je geen last van. Je hebt je eigen plekje met ligstoelen en barkrukken. In een open oprit waar ook de buren hetzelfde hebben (gespiegeld). Je bent op loopafstand van portoroz (10 minuten) en Piran (half uur). We zouden zeker dit appartement aanraden als je hier in de buurt wil verblijven!

Wir waren zu 6 in der Unterkunft und es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und der Garten war ein Traum. Wir haben viel im Garten gespielt und in der Outdoor Küche gegrillt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und viele schöne Dinge in der Umgebung unternommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Frederica et Alberto à Venise ! 🌟 Leur appartement est un véritable bijou : idéalement situé pour explorer la ville à pied, tout en étant dans un quartier calme et charmant. Parfait pour une famille, il est spacieux, propre, et incroyablement cosy — on s’y sent comme chez soi dès la première minute. Le petit plus qui fait toute la différence ? Le rooftop ensoleillé avec une vue magnifique, parfait pour prendre un café le matin ou un apéro au coucher du soleil ! Merci encore pour cette parenthèse magique — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Hallo, Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Bungalow von Annalisa. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist eine grüne Oase mit Kräutern, die Gäste sogar nutzen dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber hat gleichzeitig alles was man benötigt. Sehr positiv ist auch die einwandfreie Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Bei Ankunft gibt Annalisa eine ausführliche Einweisung einschließlich Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkaufen/Freizeit/Restaurants). Wir waren Wehmütig bei der Abreise und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😊.
