Wonderful view in Ladera del Mar 1

The property has amazing sea views from every room. From the terrace you can enjoy 180 degrees of sea view with sun all day. The apartment is easy to access, with no stairs (just one step) and free parking on the street outside. There is a great pool close to the property. Unclear when open due to drought in Andalucia (normally Apr to Oct) and the closest beach (el Playazo) is 700 meters away and goes 1.5 km towards center of Nerja. It takes around 5 minutes to drive into the center of Nerja.

The bedroom downstairs has sliding glass doors, offering the possibility to have a full 'garden experience'. In the private garden you are free to use the comfortable furniture.
