The stay at Andrea's place went well overall. The apartment exactly matches the description and photos: it's simple, but clean and tidy . When we arrived, we had an issue with the cleanliness and key of the place, which was not where it should have been. However, Andrea was very helpful and quickly resolved the situation: in just over an hour we were given the keys and the cleaning of the apartment began. I really appreciate your promptness in handling the inconvenience and your attention to guests. Overall a positive stay.

Everything just great! We felt like we were at home! perfect spaces...impeccable cleanliness, new furniture...super fragrant house...Moira exceptional person, she allowed us to check in many hours earlier than expected! She was very kind in providing a local guide!! Our puppy Perla was welcomed with a water bowl, toys, basket and blanket!! What more to ask for... Absolutely super recommended. We stayed in this apartment for 5 days. Upon our arrival, the very kind Mrs. Anna Maria welcomed us in advance. We found a very good pie she made and some cold drinks in the fridge. The apartment is in a good location and there is always free parking just below the house. Almost nothing is missing on site and you feel good. The gem is definitely the terrace overlooking Ancona, which has a very nice view especially in the evening. What can I say, if you're going to book, do it without hesitation. Thanks Anna Maria!

Free parking and always available under the house. Attached to the bakery-gastronomy apartment open even on a very well-stocked Sunday. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need.
