Great location clean apartment responsive host in the central area of Cagliari and it was very nice area.

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari in 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. Sincere thanks for the nice days

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

We had a lovely stay at Villasimius! The apartment was located near a lot of wonderful beaches (5min by car), close to supermarkets and in walking distance to the center. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was very easy!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you could ever need was available. Practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling packs were also available for the beach. The walk to the nearest supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we didn't have a relaxed sleep. Still highly recommended! It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Perfect apartments, everything is clean and nice. The territory of the house is amazing. You can find in apartments everything you may need for long stay. The car is obligatory to visit beautiful beaches near this village. Paola is very charming. We were welcomed with wine and some snacks, which was truly amazing and hospitable after the road. a great apartment in the heart of cagliari! It’s on a side street so you still have some quiet but you’re steps away from the main streets and public transportation. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities provided. Cristian was a great help in anything I needed! It was great having central air conditioning too

Good location of the property very central to the upper part of the city. You can reach everything on foot. Accommodation is in a small alley, therefore there are only windows in the living room and bedroom, so do not expect a beautiful view. For a short trip to explore the city, the property is recommended. I would not recommend longer stays due to the location and lack of windows in the bathroom.

Had a lovely stay at Paola place, it's small but perfect for 2 people, the balcony is massive 😊 About 20 min walk to the beach with lovely beach bars. Around 30-40 mins on bus to cagliari. Lovely bar across road from apartment, perfect for some chilled drinks. Paola was very helpful, quick to respond, ordered us a taxi and let us check in early. great stay, would recommend. Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
