“This place is great! Roser was a super host and the design and amenities were perfect. Comfortable beds, lots of space and the location in town is convenient with the center close by. There is a great organic cafe and produce shop across the street that we shopped in everyday and an organic butcher shop on the same block. We were definitely very happy in this town house. House in the historic center of Ciutadella de Menorca completely renovated keeping and caring for the special charm that have the old house. The house has 4 double and 1 single, 3 bathrooms (one per floor), kitchen, utility room and a small terrace spread over 110 m2 Total floor, first and second floor, furnished and fully equipped to make you feel at home. This very well located in the old quiet area within walking distance of all monuments, shops, restaurants and entertainment areas. Bus stop five minutes walk, with service to major towns and beaches of the island.
“The place was great in every way: Angeles was very accommodating with regard to our arrival time and checking us in (and letting us back in when we forgot passports). The place was super clean. Three floors and lots of space. Good, large frig and good kitchen. 3 bathrooms! Our family of three felt like we should have invited others to stay with us. Place is in good location for exploring the old city. Park in the blue areas and use very little change for up to two hours in the day and, after about 19:00 all night Similar low price. Don’t sweat a parking ticket - it’s 4 euros and you pay at the machine. OK so if there was a con it would be that you need to go get some paper towel and the place does not stock beach towels. Got a little warm upstairs and so maybe another AC unit would help. There is one that will flow air downstairs and there are fans.”

“The apartment is located 45 minutes from Mahon airport and Juan graciously arranged transportation for us with Erik! :) The apartment was conform to the pictures and although small (it’s a studio as you can clearly see in the pictures) it was super clean! A little cold when we arrived on a February morning, but we simply started the heat. Ciudadella is very small and everything was close to the apartment. Juan was very quick to answer me and very patient with my difficulties to communicate via cellphone (It seemed I couldn’t send text messages). We stayed only 2 nights and our only full day, we rented a car at the corner of Juan’s apartment street. We were not super lucky weather wise, as it was rather cold and windy. I even got interviewed by the local news channel regarding this wind hahaha. I am sure a summer trip is much more enjoyable and would return! Gracias Juan! :)”
