The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

My wife, adult son and I had a very enjoyable stay at Romana's house. We were also very grateful to her for accepting a four night stay booking at short notice and for her help and flexibility in allowing us to have early access to the property on the first day of our stay. The house is great, very comfortable and well-equipped and the surrounding area is quiet and civilised. We enjoyed visiting the local lake and on our penultimate day we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the lakeside "Da Cecco" restaurant which specialises in fish and game and was a lovely experience. We also visited Viareggio using the local train service - it takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the station from the house. Romana was great in her communication and we would warmly recommend her and her house to everyone. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a nice, easy pace of life!

The apartment met all our expectations and was ideal for our stay. It was very clean and maintained. Sandra and Guido are extremely friendly and helpful hosts – we felt completely comfortable. Especially practical: Although the apartment is on the first floor, it is barrier-free thanks to a ramp – ideal for strollers or wheelchairs. We would come back anytime!

We stayed with Nilda for two weeks, partly to work and enjoy the environment. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, close to a beautiful forest in the dunes, and the sea is also nearby. The environment is ideal for rest and beautiful walks. We were able to see deer and does! We stayed there off season ;)

The accommodation is very welcoming and modern, including all the amenities. The area is very quiet and the host Simona is very helpful. The self check-in process is very simple and managed by step-by-step videos that are very easy to follow. We were also pleasantly impressed by the safety devices present. We had a great time and felt lulled by this house
