There are many restaurants and outdoor cafe's... Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Enjoy dinner and a walk on the beach. This is the best kept secret in the south bay!! Flat Screen TV with HBO, SHOWTIME and tons of Cable channels. Backyard oasis only 7 minutes walk to beach!

Our backyard casita is a completely detached structure and sits across the yard from a private pool made for relaxation. This little oasis has a waterfall and is surrounded by birds of paradise making it the perfect spot for a mini staycation. The Casita itself has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower and a sitting area with a loveseat and coffee table. There is an indoor outdoor bar top prefect for working on your laptop. We also have a TV with Apple TV, AC, mini fridge and coffeemaker.

It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)

Beautiful Guest House walk to beach, private park

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
