Cute back unit of house with two rooms. It will make you feel peaceful and effervescent. It's attached to the front house but with private separate entrance. It's central to Torrance Beach, Redondo Beach, Lomita and Palos Verdes/Rolling Hills. 10 minutes to beach, 15 minutes to the pier, 35 minutes to LAX airport. Across the street from shopping center, movie theater, and many eateries. (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, lots of restaurants.) High speed internet only.
