House vacation rentals in Topsail Beach

It was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Wilmington and the host was so kind and thoughtful! You can tell she cares about how your stay is and there were so many thoughtful details! My family is already asking when we can visit again.

Very clean. Great for kids and family time. Lots of amenities but very close neighbors. Although they were to themselves and hardly seen or heard them.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house was beautiful, the pool was amazing to have for the kids. Hosts supplied everything you’d need for beach and or pool. Cathy was very helpful and so friendly. It was our first time in NC and we did not want to leave. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future! Thank you for hosting us!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! It’s an awesome place to stay we had a blast

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

My group loved this home! So well decorated with plenty of linens and space! The kitchen was well stocked and clear instructions for hot tub and check out were provided! The dining table was perfect for games and meals! Back yard was a little dream with the lights and hot tub! Loved that it was pup friendly, even though we had no pups! Will certainly be back if ever in the area again!

We had a wonderful stay with our fur babies. The fenced in yard was a super plus ! The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was amazing to cook in all appliances were clean and updated ! Wonderful family room and clean bathrooms .

Great communication, great place for an Airbnb, and very accommodating !!

Host was extremely responsive! My kids enjoyed all the games,activities, bikes, etc. My husband throughly enjoyed the hot tuband I enjoyed the peaceful surrounding. The walk to the beach was short, there was something for everyone in our group to enjoy.

Holden Beach has become our home away from home. This is our 5th year and we’re already planning for next year. The house is perfectly located for the beach and to local restaurants and it has everything we want or need. Jessica is an amazing host - incredibly kind, very responsive and knows just the right touches to make the house a home. We are so grateful to have found this place - definitely a highlight of our year!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jody’s place! Everything was excellent! The place was exactly like the photos and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed and more! Truly hope to come back in the future. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you for such a great stay!

I highly recommend Ty's house. We had a great time. The water views are so beautiful and peaceful to look at, my wife didn't even read her book for the first day. The house was clean and well stocked and Ty was easy to communicate with. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope we can make it back some day.

Emily’s place was immaculate, beautiful, and relaxing!! All rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a restful family vacation. She quickly responded to any question we had and was a terrific host. Without a doubt, we look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful beach house. Clean, neat, and interacted with Salem with immediate response. Easy walk to beach. We had a great time. Would love to stay again in the future.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

Rachel’s place was in the perfect location, right in the middle of great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and beach bars. The photos did not do the house justice - it is even more beautiful in person with great homey touches and a cozy vibe. The balconies overlooking the marina was perfect and serene, and the walk to the beach was very short and doable. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Our second stay here and my family of 5 absolutely loves this cottage! Perfect location, very clean, great communication with Doug and stocked with everything we could possibly need! A wonderful place to spend Easter. Looking forward to returning again!

We had an amazing stay in Wilmington! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable—just like the photos. The host was welcoming and made everything easy. We loved how close it was to the beach, great restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay again!

Shawn’s place had just what we needed for a few days. There are a lot of places a quick drive away but not too much that is walkable.

B By the Sea is a wonderful place for enjoying a visit to Bald Head-it is close to beaches ( 1 mile), the Bald Head Island Club- just under 2 miles, The Market, and the Ferry! The home is spacious, clean, and ready to use as a home base for many fun activities or to relax. We were delighted to find a lagoon in the cul de sac that had many turtles, fish, egrets, and even a small alligator!
