Vacation rentals with beach access in Topsail Beach

This is a beautiful condo and perfectly located for a beach vacation! The unit was comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully stocked. Jeanette is an excellent host and clearly communicated throughout the process. I will definitely come back soon!

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

Cute , quiet beachy apartment, 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and lots of stuff to do. The golf cart was the greatest amenity. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. VERY WORTH IT ! Would totally stay again.

A Perfect Stay in Carolina Beach! This was hands down one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Truly spotless from top to bottom. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort really made this Airbnb stand out. The location was just as impressive: the beach was just the right distance away…an easy walk, but far enough that it stayed peaceful and quiet. They even provided a beach chair and umbrella, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days super relaxing. Plus, while the Airbnb isn’t smack in the middle of the tourist hustle, it’s just a few minutes from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. That balance made it easy to enjoy everything without dealing with constant crowds. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place in Carolina Beach, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back if in the area!

We absolutely loved this Air B&B!! It was beautifully decorated and was even more spacious than the pictures seemed. Erin always responded quickly and we were invited to check in early because the house was ready early, which we really appreciated after driving over 10 hours to NC. Beach views are beautiful!! And you are right on the beach. 10/10 would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surf City! You truly can’t beat the location — just steps from the beach with direct access right off the back deck. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise was a highlight each morning. The house was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Plenty of space for the family, and easy access to town for restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent — responsive and helpful throughout.

Our stay at Bird Lane was great. The place was just as advertised. Very clean and well decorated. Very short walk to beach. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Top Sail.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! We had such an amazing time at this beach house! The place was spotless when we arrived—so clean and well taken care of. It’s a beautiful home with a really open, relaxing feel and the views were just stunning. Waking up to that every day was such a treat. The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. We also loved having the pool and hot tub; it was the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. Our host, Neil, was fantastic—super responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Our whole family cannot wait to come back!

We chose Jennifer's place for many reasons and we sure did it right! We were celebrating a birthday and made an extended Memorial Day weekend out of it! Jennifer's place is amazing. It was the perfect beach house for us! She has top quality in furnishings, bedding, and accents! The hot tub was an added bonus :-) The location was great as well never more than a 30 minute drive around the island to get to shops, restaurants, and fun things to do! And the short walk down the street to the beach made it even better! We highly recommend her place if you are considering it! You will be as satisfied as we were! Absolutely loved our stay at Callie’s Harbor on Topsail Island! It truly felt like a home away from home. The house had everything we needed and more—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach equipment, games, and books. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the outdoor shower after long days at the beach. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and just a short walk to the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and make memories. And a huge thank you to our host, Conally, who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. You can tell a lot of care goes into this home, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Sunny and Chair was a pleasant place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and was the center of activity for our group of eight. The beach house was also a short walk to the beach with a private access boardwalk. An added bonus was the coastal waters board walk(at the end of the cul-de- sac) to watch the sunset each night and the fish pop out of the water. The two flights of stairs might be an issue with someone who has mobility issues. But for our group it wasn’t a problem.

This was the second year my daughter and I stayed at Christine's place and it was just as amazing the second time as it was the first time. The place is just as described and is literally right next to the ocean. The tiki bar down the road is a total vibe and we had a great time! Christine is very responsive and very accommodating, we will likely book this for next year as well 💕

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Great stay for our family, bunk beds were a big plus, and beach chairs, boogie board, and pool noodles left were an awesome bonus.

This was a wonderful stay for me and my girls. It was so comfy and we felt right at home! Hearing the waves every day was relaxing. Definitely recommend!

It was what we needed. we traveled there for a wedding it was cozy and convenient.we were able to spend a few hours on the beach and the access point to the beach was really convenient.

This location and property is fantastic! Ryan has many more nice amenities than listed in the description. The back deck is awesome - my favorite place of the week (except for the beach). Coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck each morning was so nice!

We enjoyed our stay at Bee and Joe's. It looked just like the photos and everything was so clean. We took our 2 yo and 8 yo and they absolutely loved it. It felt like home and the kids room was the perfect setup with the bunk beds and trundle. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean from the condo. We could also see the ocean from the main bedroom windows. The washer and dryer were very handy. The location is amazing and close to so many places to eat. It's very close to Surf City and other great surrounding areas. The beach is literally steps away and made it so easy to go back to the condo if we happened to leave something behind or someone had to use the restroom. Bee and Joe were very responsive. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.
